      Minus 0. The worst manager and company I dealt with. He criticize my old furniture in an excuse to cover for the damages his movers made on the furniture. ****** is disrespectful and a liar. Takes advantage of customers. Dirty filthy individual. ***************

      In a word - Terrific!In addition to being all of the following:Prompt Courteous Kind Respectful Responsible ******* and ****** were my team and I will be requesting them again as well as referring them without hesitation.I had a VERY unfortunate experience with TWO other GUYS so We Move You was a particularly refreshing expression.

      I want to share our experience with this company to warn others and urge them to avoid it at all costs. Our moving estimator severely underestimated the time and resources required, leading to a disastrous moving experience. The movers worked late into the night, and we eventually had to ask them to leave, leaving our belongings in disarray. They lacked the tools to reassemble our furniture, resulting in extensive damage to both our new home and our belongings, totaling over $4800. We were only offered $1500 in compensation, barely covering a fraction of the damages.Additionally, their lack of organization caused us to spend days searching for essential items in our packed garage, resulting in unnecessary stress and injuries. This company operates with little regard for their customers' well-being and property. Avoid the overwhelming stress and disappointment of dealing with this company for your move; they engage in deceptive practices and neglect to provide the care and honesty necessary for a successful transition.

      The guys were amazing, they showed up on time did exactly what we agreed and handled our property with care, I totally use them again. They were a little more expensive, but totally worth it for the peace of mind!

      Two guys sent out were ****** and his counterpart I wont even try to spell his name. However, these two were not only capable and did an excellent job moving a treadmill that weighed over 400 pounds from one room to another, but they were very humorous and personable individuals. Enjoyed having them in my home and was very good money spent. My thanks do these two young men who made my life easier. Thank you.

      I have used You Move Me several times, but if this was my first it would've also been my last. First, they were scheduled to arrive between 8-10am and I was told I was first on the list, however they called and gave a series of excuses why they wouldn't arrive on time. Fine. They then told me they had no moving blankets, which they later found. Thank goodness! Next, they told me they didn't have a gas card and were unsure if they could make it to my delivery location and back to their shop. I volunteered money and told them to deduct it from my bill because I didn't want them to take anymore time on my watch. After speaking to the office, somehow, they worked it out. Whew!Once my furniture was moved, I asked the men if they planned to put my table together, to which they responded they had no tools. Luckily, I was able to let them use mine. Still, despite their efforts, they managed to damage my dining table and broke my tv. Lastly, I left voicemails regarding this and have yet to receive a call back. Only left one star because i couldnt leave zero. Do not recommend.

      I will never recommend You Move Me again. I paid for my things to be moved. My washing machine is still at my former house, one week later. I am using a laundry mat to get by. ****** does not stand by his word and will not return phone calls. The movers left the screws to my daybed at my former house, so that could not be assembled until the next day. Do not recommend.

      The BEST moving company there is! They go above and beyond to help you and not only that they are such nice folk. I am so grateful for them and I want to thank ****** for all her help. She took my stress away when I called and she is amazing!

      I was taken care of from the day I called for a quote until the day they moved us. ****** and his team were amazing and are very professional. They showed up on time and loaded my grandpa's ENTIRE HOUSE in a matter of hours. It was amazing how quickly they can pack and load things I would use this company again and again for my moving if needed. You won't go wrong by choosing You Move Me. It is a great company and we are highly satisfied.
