    We believe TRL is not a secure facility because it LOST our beloved 7 year old indoor only cat Sheba, supposedly on the morning we were to pick her and our dog up. We entrusted our beloved animals to The Ruff Life Boarding in Pryor from 12-12-22 to 12-18-22. When we arrived a few minutes before the 9am pick-up time on Sunday, Leisa informed us Sheba had gotten out of her secure facility (?). Absolutely no apologies or remorse from Leisa at all. We received more compassion and help from her neighbors than we did from her. In fact, we found out that on the same day our poor Sheba escaped from this secure facility {?} there was an elderly dog that also escaped that ended up at a neighbor's front door nearly a mile away. Because of our personal experience we are concerned this secure facility (?) has some unusual business practices: contact via text only, no receipts for the cash down payment or cash final payment and no confirmation of our reservations until we contacted TRL. Because of these business practices we personally would not use their secure facility (?) again. This should NEVER have happened. There will forever be a hole in our hearts for our sweet Sheba once filled with love and joy. We want to thank the entire neighborhood around TRL that has gone above and beyond anything we could have expected to help us through this traumatic and heartbreaking experience. You will forever be in our hearts for the kindness and compassion you provided to us. May God bless everyone of you. Our flyers are still up and will remain up in your neighborhood and we pray she makes her way home to us. We miss you dearly baby girl!!     The cat was not LOST, it attacked an employee and ran away. I immediately showed them where she was and if they hadn't been so worried about yelling at me and complaining about an old, plastic coffee container that they brought Cat food in, they could have their cat now.
    There was NO other animal that escaped that day, these people are complete liars.
    I was the one walking around looking for the cat, I drove around, I contacted all my neighbors, I set a trap, etc.
    If there was a question about the business practices, why did they even leave their beloved pets? Text messaging is the ONLY way to do business with dogs constantly barking. If they didn't like it, then don't do it.
    Texting a receipt is a legal practice.
    Lots of lies in this untrue and unfair review.

    Truths: Our cat Sheba was in your CUSTODY when she went MISSING. We entrusted and paid The Ruff Life Boarding with the CARE of our animals in our absence and when we do not get one of them back, the business FAILED us miserably. If The Ruff Life Boarding had proper CONTROLS in place this would have never happened!. We could pick apart every statement in your response but it will not bring our precious Sheba back to us, who is still missing after almost 3 weeks.
