      On Saturday, May 13th at or around 3:45 - 4:00 pm on the Oncue Express #*** located at I-35 & Waterloo walked into store and feet started going out from under me at the front register area and tried everything to keep from falling. Fell hard and heard a pop from my knee, hurt my wrist as well as other knee. While I was on floor in the water that obviously did not have any cones or signs around no one from Oncue approached me. Customers came up who witnessed this and was offering me help. All of a sudden heard something and to my right was an Oncue employee with a machine to clean up this water while I was still sitting in the floor. Was helped up by Customers and on the way to my car was approached by a Brooklyn and the first thing that she said was we are short staffed today and hadn't had time to get to it. So it appears they were aware of this and neglected to do anything. As of Thursday, May 18th when I had heard nothing from Oncue I emailed their President *************************** and received an email reply from another person who stated that they had tried to call which I call bull on that stance since no history in my phone or voicemail was received and she states that I need to contact them about my concerns. I am hurt due to their negligence and they have a duty to contact me...I should not have to contact a store due to their lack of not protecting customers who come into their stores. I am starting to feel that they think they are so big that they can do whatever they wish and to ask what my concerns are, seriously. I have now incurred costs involved with this, did not go into work on Monday and have suffered everyday. Please help get them off of high center and do their due diligence to get this matter resolved. They have video of this I am pretty sure and witness information. They not what they need to do!!

      I am rejecting this response because:

      There employee apparently does not remember stating that they were short staffed that day and hadn't had time to clean this up in front of witnesses to this fall.  There were no cones or signs out.  No one approached me while i was on the floor except the witnesses to this fall and the Oncue employee who almost ran me over with the machine to clean up the water that I was sitting in.

      As to there response that someone tried to call me on Monday and left a message...I call bull on that stance.  No messages or phone calls were received that day.  I never delete anything from my phone after telling that to their Risk person she responded "sorry"?  

      And yes, on May 18th I reached out to their President to explain how disheartening it was for almost a week to go by and not be notified concerning this incident.  No initial contact was ever made by Oncue....I had to make the first contact and they were not aggressive emails.  This all could have been avoided if they had trained Tienna who they had given this to on the proper way of handling situations like this and not add fuel to a fire like she has done!!

      Tell us why here...We have followed all internal procedures properly and have evidence to support that. Our insurance company was notified and will review her claims and handle as they determine is most appropriate.
