    I rented this motel room #** September 6th. 2024. I asked the owner if she could show me the room we walked in the room I asked her if she had any bugs she said no! She got a kleenex and wiped the back of the headboard and said see none. I woke up at 11:30 to bed bugs crawling on the bed! I jumped up. Went to the bathroom very scared. I got my phone and called her at 11:55 she started yelling at me! Saying I brought them in here! I told her I've never had bed bugs!! This motel owner frightened me even more by her behavior. I couldn't call my son to pick me up because he had to be at work at 4:00 in the morning so, I waited in the bathroom for three and a half hours! I took pictures of this motel room and couldn't understand how this motel could still be operating without being inspected by the health department!! These conditions are not acceptable in any case! I will draw a complaint against this motel with the health department in ***************, and *************. Thank you.
