      I purchased from the referenced company on November 4, 2022. The purchased items were advertised as being in stock and on sale. Later in November, the references took down their website due to "issues" and to work on "inventory and enhancements", and I believed there may be delayed. I contacted the referenced on the morning of December 28, 2022 via the "contact us" portion of their website, asking for the status of my order. The website was up and operating at that time, and all products were listed as "out of stock". I do not have a copy of this correspondence. Later that evening, the referenced posted on Instagram that they were going out of business effective immediately, and made no reference to fulfilling existing orders or refunding customers. At this time, the website was taken down and remains that way. I emailed at this time, as well as sending a Direct Message on Instagram. I have received no correspondence back from the referenced.

      The business owner responded verbally and indicated that their company is going through a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy filing and there is nothing they can do to address the complaint.
