The home we purchased on 6/27/19, was previously serviced by Robison Air. After purchasing, we continued utilizing their services. We have paid them $19,838.12 for service, repairs, and a new heat & air system since purchasing our home. Robison Air installed our heat & air system and humidifier on 4/13/21. Within a year and a half, we encountered sheetrock damage where the zone systems drain hoses enter a drainpipe. The damage was noticed the same week Robison Air was scheduled to provide our fall/2022 service on 10/27/22.

Their serviceman said he had to clean out debris where the furnaces drain. The debris was removed with a small handheld vacuum cleaner. If that same cleaning process would have been done when the systems were installed, we wouldn't have encountered water damage. Properly installed heat & air systems don't clog up with debris within a year and a half.

I waited until 10/31/22 before calling to see if they were going to cover the cost of the overflow water damage. Their receptionist asked why I was calling. I was told the owner and his son were out of the office. I asked for one of them to return my call. That same routine continued with calls to them on 11/3/22 and 11/9/22. It was clear they were going to ignore us, so we proceeded to have the damage repaired on 1/11/23.

The main issue we have with Robison Air is their poor "Customer Service" in ignoring our calls. We're interested in the public knowing of their refusal to even discuss our damage. We see where you disclose unresponsive complaints if a business is non-accredited with the BBB. I hope that doesn't mean accredited businesses have their unresponsive complaints hidden by paying for BBB membership. We are hoping the BBB will be a public service in sharing interactions customers have with all metro businesses.

We have never had any business treat us this poorly. If interested, we have photos of the sheetrock damage and phone records to Robison Air.
