    Was quoted a 45 minute wait. Never received the usual text regarding their location with updates on arrival time. An hour and ten minutes later the guy arrived and sits in front of my driveway. Thinking maybe he had paperwork to do or something, we gave a few minutes as it was raining. After about ten minutes we stepped outside and stood on the porch and still no movement. The guy texts saying he has been waiting for ten minutes, had no response to a knock at the door and called with no answer and would be leaving. My husband ***** and says he never got out of the car, so how did he knock on the door. The guy finally sees him standing there and starts to get out. My husband confronts him on his text and lets him know we had been staring at his car the whole time and he never got out of the car! At that point he gets back in the car and drives off. Pop-a-lock refused to send anyone else to unlock it. Thoroughly disgusted with this business practice!

    I made a phone call about 2 and a half weeks ago to pop a lock on s Yale in Tulsa Oklahoma a women answered the phone set up the deal and what I need which was 150 to include the fob with the Because my neighbor got it for that price locksmith comes out with a key he cuts it that's it and charges him 150 for it all now my alarm goes off and I would have to buy a fob and have the key cut which is an additional 170 to get the alarm to disarm without putting the key in the ignition they didn't even offer to me the 170 would include the fob I've called the business several times to get the manger of the franchise to assist he was would settle for a key and fob be he was rude and said you get what he pay for very unprofessional I got hung up on my recommendations on this is don't go to this pop a lock they are rude very and I'm seeking relief on the matter I'm requesting a fob and key If not I'm taking it further with my witnesses
