      My mother and I bought a refrigerator from them and was under warranty. The warranty company took several months to approve to get a new refrigerator. Once the approval happened I went to pick out a new refrigerator. The warranty company told me how much we had to spend on the new refrigerator. I went to check out with the new refrigerator the lady was super nice. On e I paid for the extra warranty on the new refrigerator she said that my mom had a $****** credit and wrote it down on my receipt that I have. It says credit $******. I called and told them I have the $ ****** credit and they started asking g me all sorts if questions I know nothing about. I asked them a simple question and got the run around. I asked if they were going to honor it or not they lady said that I would need to talk to the manager. The manager called me back and zi asked the same question. It is a simple yes or no question. It should be a yes because that us what I was told and what I have on my receipt. The manager started asking me how I came up with that and I said I didn't your employee did and you need to take it up with them and not me because they are your employees. I asked the question again. And got no answer. I told them if they will not honor it I will take them to small claims court. The manager said that he can't talk to me since I threatened legal action. I said a few choice words fir which I'm sorry. I'm ticked off that they are scamming an elderly woman for a credit that she has and I have me receipt as proof. It is written in ink by the person who took care of me checking out. My receipt is dated March ******* when I got the new refrigerator for my mother and was told about the credit and it was written on my receipt. They need to honor that credit period. This is the only issue I have had with them. If they are going to tell a cthey have a certain amount of credit and written on your receipt by them they need to honor that credit. They need to ma I e it right.

      Bought a dryer and was promised it was in good working order. Got it home and had f3e3 error. Called next day to have it returned. Got there and they tried to charge me more to take one home same day. This was after 40 min to and from my house 2 times and also me lifting it solo into my car. They wanted to do nothing to compensate for that. Manager ***** was incredibly rude. Its been 3 days and still no refund. Refused to send me on my way with a check. Refused to price match competitor. Super rude when dealing with issue. Really unprofessional. I would give negative stars if that was a choice.

      Awful Customer service specfically Keith who said he was the sales manager. I purchased an eleoctrolux driver which was delivered to me on June 30 2022. Ten months later the dryer is not working. I called Hahn to confirm it was under warranty and they said it was and gave me a number to contact which was corporate Electrolux. I provided the details of where and when I purchased it and a ticket was created with a repair company named D3S. I was given a date and ticket number and their number. It was suggested I contact them to insure all was good. I contacted them and there was no appointment and they wanted me to provide all the same information again. I informed them they could get from Hahn. They refused and the appointment was cancelled. I called Hahn and spoke about the issue and had Jasmine helping me. She was going attempt to reach out to the service company to get it resolved. She was not able to get in touch with them and asked I call her back the next day. She was out sick when I called back and was sent to Keith. I explained the issue and his answer was for me to call Electrolux back. I explained I didn't want to waste more time being middle man. He informed me I own the property and was not the middle man it was not their issue it was mine and I needed to handle it. I have made a lot of purchases thru the years from this company usually out of Tulsa. I will no longer buy anything from a company where their sales manager believes once the product is out the door the product they sell is no longer their issue. He does not understand what customer service means and should not be employed let alone as a manager. I would recommend avoiding the Hahn Appliance warehouse on Reno at all costs while they have employees like Keith working there.
