      Started roadside assistance since 2:30pm. It's 10:21. Still no help. I called 6 times. Drivers are always on their way but never show. DONT BUY A MEMBERSHIP!!!

      I am a premium customer since ****** called aaa 2 days ago.they told me 1 great wait.looked at my apps after am hr my apps said driver arrived. Nobody showed up.waited 20 mins.called back..they said my car was picked up. I told them I was sitting in my car and nobody showed up.she put me on hold for 45 minutes. I hang up called back ,explained the situation put me on hold for 47 min and told me that there was another puck up in my area and when it happens, computer usually kicks the other call off.she told me as soon as one driver available, she will let me know.afrer waiting for almost 3 hrs in 106 temp ,I called a local tow service and paid out of my pocket .they were here in 16 minutes. Aaa horrible service

      I have had AAA since 2007. I pay for myself and my 2 kids. We have never had an issue until this past Saturday. My sons breaks went out on his Dodge truck at 3:00 and I told him to call AAA because it was probably going to take around 2 hours. He called at 3:13 and was told infact 2 hours. After 2-1/2 hours he called them to see how much longer and they told him the tow truck they sent it to denied the call. Mind you he never got a text or phone call about this. So they scheduled another one, again they did not show up, he called and the person that was supposed to help us, his tablet wasn't working. So, I called AAA and asked for a supervisor and they refused to let me speak to one. I told the lady what had been happening. At this time it was around 5:30ish. She put me on hold and called a local tow truck in our town and told me that he didn't have any calls and he would be there in 30 minutes. She also called the owner just to make sure. At 7:30 my son decided to use his emergency break and take back roads to get it home. Get this, AAA called him at 10:30 p.m. Saturday night and woke my son up to say that the tow truck driver is there but there was no truck. Seriously? This is how they do business? So I called yesterday to talk to a supervisor and she wanted to know the specifics, so she filed a formal complaint for me. They said it would be 5-7 work days before I would hear from anyone. If I do not hear from anyone at that time, I will be calling all the news stations and let them know how they handled this and will blast them on social media. I would appreciate a reply from you. ****** *******

      On Saturday August 5th I had a flat at 11:15am on I44 mile marker 59. I contacted AAA emergency road service and very clearly told them my location. I was told 75 minutes and I carefully made sure I was clear of turnpike
      After 90 minutes I called back and the recording stated that help had been sent to Mike 44 us 280 ( have no idea where that is) I hung up and called again and informed the lady that they had the wrong location she put me on hold then disconnected me
      I called, again, and man said he was dispatching from Lawton, 60 miles away. I asked if anything was closer I’m 77 and it’s over 100 degrees
      A highway patrolman stopped to check on me and I assured him they were coming
      After another hour I called back again and believe it or not they still didn’t have the correct address.
      I asked can you tell me if anyone had been dispatched and she said she couldn’t because the company in Lawton wasn’t answering the phone
      At this point I was getting concerned for my health
      I called the highway patrol phone number the trooper had given me and they sent a trooper to help change my tire
      After more than 3 hours I was on the road. I called AAA to cancel and all I got was thank you and have nice day
      I have been a member for 45 years and I want someone to call me and tell me why I should ever trust your service again
      Totally unacceptable behavior
      The person that took original call should be terminated or at least retrained
