    We hired Clark Heating and Cooling LLC on 9-13-23 and had to pay them ********. They came and stated the installation and never finished. We had to call them every day to come and finish the installation of are central heat unit. They would tell us they would be there on a certain date and never show up. We are at the point we need heat so our pipes won't freeze and they will not answer the phone, our if they do answer they will tell us they will be there a certain day and once again they don't show up. I feel like I have paid good money for equipment and services and was left hanging.

    Date of transaction: 5-19-2023 Amount paid: $15,233.83 Services: HVAC for new construction This has been an ongoing situation which Clarks has not resolved. We have been setup with Clarks to complete HVAC services two months ago. There has been multiple instances of them not showing up or stating they were headed to the job site and then dont show up. We were told this job would take no more than a week and it has been two months. We just want the job completed as we have contracted Clarks to complete. We have pushed back multiple trades to try and accommodate. Clarks has been unresponsive to our requests for updates on completion. We are requesting assistance in moving this project forward and to conclusion as soon as possible.
