    When I took my car to this meineke for a sudden issue in April 2024, they said they would help fix it. They claimed it was a battery issue and they would work on it, but it took them 3 hours for this. Meanwhile I saw their garage was open for whatever reason and I'd see women dart in and out giddy and laughing. It also looked like groups of people were congregating around the shop. It seemed like people were going through my stuff by what the mechanics would say and the behavior I saw outside. I took my car to the mechanic that had replaced my battery only a few weeks prior and he stated it wasnt the battery but most likely the alternator. I take my car to a third mechanic and he confirms it's the alternator so I buy a new alternator. I later realize that as I'm driving my car I've been getting stalked and harassed by criminals to a greater extent then normal. If I stop my car anywhere for more than 5 minutes, my stalkers show up and harass me. Even while leaving this meineke that morning I got tailgated and almost hit by a very angry man I'm familiar with. I'm now realizing I can't keep this car whose transmission, alternator, battery, tires, etc have been recently replaced. They also screwed me over with my transmission in december of 2023. I had to get a rental while my car remained in their shop for over a month and I've incurred thousands of dollars in debt for an issue I probably didn't even have. I should have taken my shop for a second opinion but I couldn't afford it.

    I took my truck, **** **** escape into Meineke #*** on Sept.24 for a new water pump,hoses timing chain and thermostat.This is all that was suppose to be done! **** insisted that the heads need to be removed. That is not true I checked!!! The heads on truck were damaged the manager then says I don't have to pay extra but has to order part.**** the owner of this business is trying to charge me $5000 for this! I had to take out a Loan for $2500 which come to find out (3 other shops estimates) would cover all the repairs to my vehicle with money left over! He has had my truck for a month now and still insist that he is waiting on parts or there is a new problem with my truck. Now there is a oil pressure problem.There was no problems with my vehicle besides the water pump when I took my truck to Meineke. I had to rent a car at $400 week because I work five days a week. .This has drained my saving and put a strain on my health due to stress I am 65 and worrying how I am going to pay for this and get back and forth to work. I will never take my vehicle near this place again! It is a rip -off ,price gauging is the way they make a living.
