      The late fee for my 3 day late bill was over 40% of the actual amount. This seems excessive and honestly they are just taking advantage of people on a no interest payment plan.

      Scummy. I had a payment due of $18.27. However, I did not know I had a payment due UNTIL I got an invoice for double that amount. I called the company and they informed me that the additional $18.27 was the late fee. I called to complain about this and was informed that they attempted to send me an invoice (back when it was only $18.27) and it was returned by the post office. I find this highly suspect because I had previously paid a bill that I recieved at the same address for $15+ and so clearly, they had the right address... After the bill for $18.27 was supposedly returned to them, they tried a sum total of ONE time to call me by phone to tell me that my bill was returned. The character I spoke to on the phone basically told me I should read the terms and conditions I agreed to...I am assuming their TOS states they will only give you one chance to answer your phone and then it will go into past due status because you won't know about it...Caveat Emptor (Buyer Beware)....This type of business is truly scummy...Why are there no Minus Stars?????

      They have been sending me bills for a year and a half. I paid them. the last 2 letters vinnsa informs me that I paid too much. I called them to return my money but they did not give me any adequate answer. Only aberrations speak. Return my money!

      Was told to make a payment prior to Oct 1st. Made a payment Sept 29. They however did not post my payment till Oct 2nd. So my account was closed and my money was not refunded. Also the company they send my account to was not notified of the last payment and I received a bill from them for the full amount.

      I had an appointment with MultiCare in ********. I received a bill of $50 10 days later which I paid immediately. I have provided documentation to MultiCare that I paid it. Shortly after my appointment I started getting statements from CareCredit telling me that they were going to pay my $50 balance. I explained that I did not have a $50 balance with MultiCare and that I did not have an account with Care credit and they should not be paying anything for me. To make a long story short, they went ahead and paid it anyway. Now MultiCare is claiming that the only payment they've received is from carepayment and they are not recognizing the payment that I made. They are now harassing me to pay Carepayment the $50 that they claim that they paid on my behalf to MultiCare. I cannot tell you how much time I've wasted on this and they simply are not listening to me..

      Instead of sending me paper bills, MultiCare has been sending my bills directly to CarePayment to collect. CarePayment has been negligent in billing me- twice now I have received bills AFTER their due date. Today (8/21/2023) I received a bill that was due 7/28/2023. Last week, I received the August billing that included the original amount along with a $25 late fee. This is on a $27 bill. Last time this happened, they did give me a credit on my bill for their negligence. This time I requested that they cancel the account (that I didn't make in the first place). My hope is that MultiCare can get it together enough to send me a bill as this is the 3rd time I've asked for paper billing since their current system clearly isn't reaching me.

      Worst experience. Somehow a loan was taken out in my name without my knowledge or consent. For over ******* now that I had over paid they owe me *******. And haven't sent my money yet being told the check is in the mail two weeks
