    I purchased an oil change and the oil filter was installed incorrectly, oil drain plug was not tightened, and oil filter ring was not replaced. My car has been leaking oil nonstop. I took it back to another jiffy lube and they said that they had fixed the oil leak, but that my transition was leaking. I had to go to a different mechanic and pay $236.25 for an inspection to figure out the source of the leak (NO transmission leak, it is just the oil leaking from the jiffy lube oil change). I need to get another oil change $123 because of all the lost oil and because of the missing oil filter ring. In total I am out the $103.32 from the jiffy lube oil change plus the $236.25 from the inspection where dye was used to identify it was from the oil change, no other leak. $339.57 total. I emailed them and they replied once but have not responded to me.

    I received an oil change costing $91.03 on 2/9/23. Later after the oil change, I noticed my car running very poorly and my oil light come on. After inspection, the oil was spilling out everywhere from under my car. I had to park, get someone to bring me $50 in oil, and cancel work. I added the oil and it was just dripping right out under my car. I had to call a tow truck. Im lucky that my engine didnt explode. I took the car to the ****** dealership and after inspection they discovered that the oil filter O-ring was not installed correctly causing the issue. I paid ****** $347.43 for their work to fix the issue. Im seeking all money back. ($488.46). On top of this, we missed a blazer game for 2 people at $200 per ticket, and I had issues with my work client that I had to reschedule with. It was a total mess. I have called the location who gave me another person to contact. A different person reached out to me. And told me to email someone else. I cant get ahold of the person I talked to on the phone as they have not returned any of my last 5 messages.
