    I joined Mindvalley in January 2022 and paid over $600 in subscription fees. Unfortunately, since the beginning, I have regularly encountered issues accessing the quests and programs I paid for. I used all the channels offered to contact the support team, including iMessage, Whatsapp, email, etc., and the support has been dreadful. Support team members need help reading (and understanding) the messages or asking clarifying questions when necessary; they respond days, if not weeks, after contacting them with terribly awkward, dismissive, and useless responses. And when replying to their useless emails, someone new, unaware of the issues being raised, gets involved and worsens the dialogue. But wait, that gets even worse! The team members try to sell you new services or renew an expensive membership and access that did not work instead of addressing the issue and crediting the customer with the necessary fees or access to the programs I paid for and have yet to receive.I demand a full refund of the fees I paid for or at least ***** months of trouble-free access to the programs I purchased.

    I purchased a year subscription of mindvalley access for a friend, and was overcharged. Had several exchanges with their customer service and tried to explain that my discount code did not come thru even though it showed up in the calculation and the card was overcharged. Instead of resolving my issue they closed the account (which was not requested) and issued a partial refund. I feel like I am dealing with bots or people with only using a script and not trying to help.

    I was charged $399.00 on Feb 24, 2023 and did not authorize this charge. This same problem occurred last year. I do not have an account and therefore cannot contact the company through its customer service portal. I did not authorize this charge and want it removed from my credit card....NOW.

    This company charged $499.00 for online coaching services that once I paid for a full year they did not give me access to any of the courses. Their customer service number is disconnected. They advertise refunds within 15 days of purchase if not satisfied but refuse to honor that and are non-responsive when I reached out via email and chat.

    I've been trying to resolve this issue since November, 2022, but Mindvalley either ignores my messages or tells me they have sent my info and the problem to their Tech Team. SoulPrint Healing (an older program) is not working due to problems with their URL/certificate. I even sent screenshots of this exact issue, and they just tell me sorry and they are trying to fix it. Well, it's been about four months, and there is no change. Since I had lifetime access to the program, please either a) FIX the website access OR b) refund the $279 paid for the program by crediting that amount to my most recent **** card used OR c) replace the course with a different one... I would accept ********'s A Journey to Infinitheism. It's sort of sad that I need to reach out to BBB after spending thousands of dollars on Mindvalley programs. You don't seem like you appreciate your loyal customers. Please fix your customer service.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    There has been no remedy to this complaint.  And it is past Monday, the day they stated they would have resolved the issue.  

    I just checked today (Tuesday, February 28th), and they did not offer option A, nor option B, nor option C.  I also checked my junk mail in case something slipped through to this box. No refund, no replacement course, and no fixing access to the course I purchased.  

    All they have done thus far is send another email that was very similar to previous messages.  They did not offer a special email address I could use that would go to an escalated support team -- it was the same basic support email that everybody uses.  Perhaps they have something else in place that will alert the team that my message is important, but I wouldn't know that based on a lack of a solution thus far.  I responded with screenshots, a summary of the history of the issue again, and the three options I would accept again.  

    Still, nothing.

    We have gotten absolutely nowhere.   Mindvalley just keeps sending me the same messages over and over again.  They ask me the same questions that I have answered at least 5 times now.  They should have just escalated to higher customer service and provided the credit or replacement course, but no, no matter how many times I tell them that all browsers on different computers have been used, they keep telling me to try a different browser.  Are you kidding me?  It's the URL address/ security certificate problem for that particular course -- I don't know how else to tell them this.  My goodness.  Including screenshots of alerts I receive no matter which browser I use from any computer/location.

    I purchased an annual membership with the agreement of a 15 day trial. I didn't care for it because each question I had I've never received any response and so I asked how to get a refund, suppose to be a billing link and easy to get a refund, however there is no billing link and their customer service is just playing games. Probably to win out their 15 day cancel policy. Not a reputable way to run a business, let alone one centered around spirituality.

    I understood they have a 15 day return policy and I still understand they dont do refunds once 15 days had elapsed after I started a program. But what I was trying to get then to understand is I never started the WildFit Coaching Certification program. I never even logged into the site and never saw anything. WildFit requires all their coaches have to go through their 90 day Challenge before they can be certified. So my coaching was scheduled for February. In December when I began having financial hardship and requested a refund, the 15 day policy was thrown into my face. I was shocked, dismayed, and confused by their lack of concern about my situation as a single mom trying to raise her daughter. So I let it go until after the holidays. In January when I began to explain again that I never started the program and how I feel I have basically paid $1,294 for nothing. I definitely told them to cancel and to please reconsider refunding my money. I was ignored. No matter how many times I requested follow up I received no replies. ******* had already told me to contact MindValley Support and MV was ignoring me. WF Support told me to contact them if MV continued to ignore me. I did and almost a month later I still havent heard from anyone.

    I am refilling my complaint because it has been way more than two days since MV stated they were escalating my complaint, I received no follow up emails from MV or BBB (not even the complaint file?) I understood they have a 15 day return policy and I still understand they dont do refunds once 15 days had elapsed after I started a program.     I am rejecting this response because: This is not yet a resolution. It has been months since anyone responded and Im still being told they are checking into my concerns. Meanwhile my daughter and I are eating only cabbage and rice everyday and food is almost gone for our animals. Yet what other choice do I have but to continue looking for survey cash for food and waiting for a response.

    1.Purchased the Coaching Certification $2700 Jan 27th 2023 2.Paid $200 deposit Jan 23rd Never received any email or confirmation of purchase for the $2700 package it however charged my ***** It is 2/09/2023 as of my writing this. I attempted to reach out to obtain live support. However the only option is chat which isnt live.Sent messenger chat request on Jan28th. Never received a response.Reached out via whats app option never received a response. Emails support email address on 2/1. Received a response on 02/08. Responded but have yet to receive any response back. The response was apparently in reference to my text but not in regard to my email. The life certification program is slated to start in a couple of days so I am going to miss out all the while missing out on $2999. All because I cant get in touch with a live person.

    I signed up for that service. I was not able to access my account at all. Kept asking me to sign in and pay the membership. I wish I had already paid $548 on my credit card. I have tried to contact customer service for eight days, I had no response. I emailed iMessage and send messages on WhatsApp. I never got a reply. They keep inviting me to pay again but no one calls me. I have only one week to cancel this and get my money back.

    After watching ***************************** master class on January 28, 2023, I purchased the MindValley $399 membership in order to join ********************* course. However, despite the fact that my PayPal account was charged the $399 fee, my MindValley membership was never activated. I contacted the *************************** via email, imessage, Whatsup, and ********* I also contacted ************************* on his own website, as well as ****** and *********************** via their ******** accounts. Despite my efforts to communicate the issue and to have it resolved in a timely manner, my emails and messages were completely ignored. All I have received from the MindValley customer support representatives is automatic emails that are vague and have not amounted to any efficient action and palpable outcome. Unfortunately, I have not been able to find a phone number where I could reach the MindValley *************************** so I could have this issue resolved as soon as possible. I requested that the $399 membership fee be refunded in its entirety, but I have not heard from anyone in that regard yet.
