    Self-Help seminars purchased on February 01,2023. The app claims that I never purchased the program. The business address doesnt exist, the phone number doesnt accept calls and the ******** page connects me to a page in ********!! Ive sent messages by email with a response that someone will reply soon. And Ive sent messages via ******** messenger-no reply. I purchased the program yesterday, February 01,2023 in the amount of $99.00. *** requested a a full refund because Im allowed a 15-day trial period.. thats not being honored!!

    I have a $500 annual membership with Mindvalley and I really enjoy their product! I enjoy it so much that I tried to purchase an annual membership for a friend of mine. I clicked on this link from ****** *************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** and entered her email address and my payment information. My credit card was charged $399.00, but she was never sent account information. I have tried contacting customer support but they are not responding. I don't want a refund, i want her account to be set up, but have no way of contacting anyone for help!

    I purchased a membership though a company named Mindvalley. I payed $598.00 and even when the money was debited from my account, they did not give me access to the membership or a refund. Unfortunately, there is no human customer service. The robots answer is always that someone will get back to me, but no one does.

    I signed up for ***** method ,when I went to cancel I noticed they also charged me for some lifebook $299 without my knowledge or permission They also dont provide receipts every time they charge your card and they completely ignore emails or reply with some standard phrases not related to question asked Total scam .I attempted to contact customer service

    I joined Mindvalley to obtain a program ***** Ultra through a link provided by the company on Saturday 14 January 2023. I received a welcome email, said my account was paid, but there was no access. Then a few minutes later I received an email that said "sorry to see you go". I am an American living in the **************, and I was using my Czech credit card. I figured the card just didn't go through, so I did the process again and again. Same thing...welcome email, said account paid, no access, then sorry to see you go. I finally paid for the learning platform from my US account. On Monday morning over **** USD went though my Czech credit card. I have spent hours trying to email (over 10 emails), chat on the website (it is just a robot), What'**** (robot), and finally found a ********************************* but she said she can't help me and sent me to customer support!! I asked for her to please help me escalate, but no response. I have spent hours...it is now Thursday...and not even an email. Just an automated email from Customer Support saying "reply to all". I know I should have been smarter to not initiate another request, but my Czech credit card sometimes declines (very careful of fraud here in CZ), so this was normal. I do feel if Mindvalley wants to be fully automated, they should have better systems that will not let a client buy the same program five times. I have been using Mindvalley in the past, back in 2013. I have followed the rise of the company, it is all about being human and developing your best self. Now I see I am not dealing with humans anymore but automated platforms. I am so very sad and disappointed. I had such hopes to reconnect with the company. Now I just want my money back and access to ***** Ultramind and nothing else. I am also in the business of Evolutionary Leadership and I hoped to use the platforms for my business. I guess it is better this happened to me instead of my client leadership teams. Please can a human contact me

    I signed up for the Mindvalley Coaching Certification on December 31, 2022 for $2,499 which was charged to my credit card. I tried contacting them multiple times, starting on January 8. Finally, after multiple automated email replies, on January 17, I downloaded What's App and requested help. I asked questions and twice was told my case was being given to a "specialized team" then received no reply. One place on the website says you can get a refund within 15 days of purchase but it was impossible to ask my questions and get the answers until now. Additionally, on the FAQs about the course it reads "We want you to be overjoyed with your experience. Thats why were giving you 15 days (from the start of the program on Feb 14th 2022) to decide if its for you. If its not for any reason - even if you just cant spare the time for the weekly sessions, you can give yourself a full and fast refund at mindvalley.com/refund."We want you to be overjoyed with your experience. Thats why were giving you 15 days (from the start of the program on Feb 14th 2022) to decide if its for you. This is given as the answer to "Can I get a refund if I change my mind?" Though it seems that was for last year's course, the implication is that refunds extend to 15 days after the start of the course because they "want you to be overjoyed with your experience." I'm not overjoyed and want a refund but can't get replies. Why is a $200 deposit FULLY REFUNDALBE but a $2,499 payment in full isn't?I WAS getting quick replies but now they've stopped. I need this money ASAP and hoping for a quick resolution through the BBB.

    I paid for yearly subscription and after Mindvalley payment confirmation email I logged into my account. To my surprise the payment was not applied to my account and I could not use any of paid materials. I sent several messages to their ******** services by email, what's upp, imessage and messenger. Automated system sends the same response that someone will be in touch within 24 hours and guess what? Nobody's in touch. I have now requested the funds to be refunded as per their 15 day guarantee and they sent me 'how to guide'. Guess what? I can't get the funds refunded as they have not been applied to my account. Nightmare! The money was taken from my account, Mindvalley confirmed receipt and now the funds are nowhere to be found. AVOID!!!

    December 27 I paid them an annual fee of $561.07 dollars after reading that if I didn't want to Continue it, I could cancel easily within 15 days. It took me a while to find the refund and it wasn't easy. I finally found it and got an email saying that it was cancelled. I didn't get my money back after a couple of days I started sending emails galore, asking where my money was. They didn't contact me until late last night January 9th. For the first time saying that I didn't cancel it correctly. So I can't get my money back. I kept sending emails to make sure and they didn't reply until after the 15 days were up. I really need that money as my circumstances changed. I am so upset. What are my rights in this!!

    Over the past 4 years I have paid (through PayPal with receipts) for at least 4 courses with Life-Time Access. However, today I went into either/both email log-ins where the courses should be and only 1 course is available. The other courses are not even listed as "potential" courses. I am requesting full refunds for Wildfit, Unlimited Abundance (*************************************) and any course previously hosted by *********************. Over $1000 was invested in these courses.

    I joined the mindvalley membership using the link they sent me in my email. I paid the fees. My credit card shows the charge but I still dont have access to the full program and their app keeps prompting me to join. I have approached them through their Whatapp customer service number as well as oj FB messenger but they dont respond. I really wish to join a class which is starting tomorrow(12/5/2022) and just want them to provide me full access so I can join the class tomorrow. If they cant, I want my money back.
