    I have been a member of Mindvalley for a couple years, with good experiences. However, I signed up on Sept. 9, 2022, for their Lifebook quest which required a $499 deposit--but that they said in their emails and advertising video would be returned "no questions asked" if you weren't satisfied with it and that the course was "free." After a few weeks, I was less than impressed and also had a major family crisis to suddenly deal with, and I searched the website on how to get a refund. There was nothing on the website, so I emailed support, who responded that the link for refunds would be on Day 19 of the quest. I skipped through to Day 19, found the link and filled out the form. After maybe a week, I got an email saying that my refund was denied since I had joined the wrong cohort of Lifebook; I had joined the Sept. 12th cohort and the offer was only for the Sept. 19th one. I went back through all the emails I received, there was no mention of this limitation on the refund. I've gone back and forth with emails with ******** from Mindvalley, who keeps saying that if I had read a certain article on their website or if I had read the welcome packet or if I had read the refund policy, I would have known that it was limited to Sept. 19th. I've gone back to all of these references and none of them mention a single thing about restricting refunds to the Sept. 19th cohort. She said my purchase order would have mentioned this, and it does not. This all comes down to false advertising for their "free" course and "no questions asked" refund policy.

    November 6, 2022 I signed up for MindValley and paid the $99. I have been unable to open the classes and have now tried to request a refund. **************** is now available and they have disconnected their customer service phone number. Please have them refund my money.************* ********************* todays date 11/9/2022

    On August 24,2022 I ordered a Mindvalley membership for $399.00. I was notified by email that my payment was received and I now had access as a member to their courses. I could log in to their site and app but their sites claimed I needed to join to receive access? When I checked my account billing it stated the a refund was not possible be they had not received payment? I am still within the 15 day refund trial period and have been unsuccessful in reaching Mindvalleys customer service. They have my money but I have no access to their courses.
