November 18th of 2023, I purchase the Total Wealth Mastery course from Mindvalley for $15,000. Mindvalley sold an inner circle opportunity to be one of 100 people that would get to work close and personally with Mindvalley founder, ****** ********, ****** *****, and ***** Bardolla. I was supposed to be able to build relationships with them and learn wealth mastery from them. The program was misrepresented. Mindvalley did not conduct the course. Instead it was ***** ************************* There were no meaningful opportunities to work closely with or build personal relationships with ******, ******, or *****, besides an impersonal video call or live event across the world. The course did not deliver on its promise and high-pressure tactics were used to sell people, like myself, on that promise. Actions have been taken to get a refund or recompense but no decisive response has been given.

On November 2023, we were offered a program (Called Total Wealth Mastery worth ****** dollars) that promised to learn extensively about Trading, Entrepreneurship and ************ The promise included that that we did not need to have any previous knowledge about any of the modules. We were asked to pay for the program without a detailed program or schedule and because I had already studied an AI Mastery with Mindvalley, I assumed it would be treated with the same seriousness. As the program went along, I realized that I was not being able to have my questions answered and the explanations given were very confusing. It was NOT a program design for people without previous knowledge. Around February they offered an extra mini program (called Trading Diary worth ***** dollars) for us to go in more depth into trading and I decided to take it because I was very behind. It was another disappointment. The program was originally in Italian and it had a translator but it was not easy to follow because of the delay of the translation. This time I asked for a refund with was denied, apparently because the 15 day refund policy had passes. (Consider that we were asked to pay in February 2024 and the clases started on March, so there was no way I could know it was not a proper program). By May 2024 it was very clear that the program was a disaster and most participants were disappointed and we decided to work together for a full refund, in my case specifically because most thing taught are not applicable in my country as Trading is not regulated, even thought when they offered the program they said you could do that in any country!I feel it is not my duty to be part of their learning process, I was not delivered what was promised and that is why I want to ask for a refund for the whole program (Total Wealth Mastery) and the extra program (Trading Diary).Until this day we (participants) are still asking for the refund and Mindvalley still is avoiding their responsibility.

This is to bring to your attention the program I purchased in Nov 2023 from Mindvalley, called Total Wealth Program for $14,750. The program which was kicked off 2 months after registration was marketed with high expectations, the delivery was far from promised.Key issues:Misrepresentation and False Advertising: The program was advertised as providing exclusive opportunities, including direct involvement from prominent figures like ****** ********, Mindvalley CEO. However, these promises were not fulfilled. The inner circle experience and access to actionable financial education were absent, resulting in a breach of trust. Poor Quality of Content and Instruction:The program's content was superficial, repetitive, and lacked the practical depth required to justify its high cost. Many participants, including myself, found that the materials were inadequate without purchasing additional costly components, which were not disclosed upfront.Technical and Logistical Issues:The program was poorly organized, with chaotic scheduling, insufficient support, and technical problems that severely disrupted the learning experience. Despite numerous complaints, these issues were never adequately addressed.Documented Efforts to Resolve Issues:- March 2024: A group of U.S. participants delivered a report to both Mindvalley and ABTG highlighting the lack of quality in the *** program. - June 2024: A larger group representing global participants delivered a detailed follow-up report (over 300 pages) outlining significant programming deficiencies and requested a meeting with ****** ********, Mindvalley CEO. Despite multiple follow-ups with Mindvalley, this request remains unaddressed. To date, no meaningful resolution has been provided.Given these substantial issues and the lack of response from Mindvalley after 6+months, I request this issue be investigated and aid those seeking compensation as well as for future customers.

I paid ****** USD plus ********* USD on 18 and 22 of November, 2023 for a Program called Total Wealth Mastery (TWM), to Mindvalley **** via bank transfer, from ****************The Program was marketed with high expectations, yet the actually delivery fell significantly short. Key Issues Misrepresentation and false advertising: The program was advertised as providing exclusive opportunities, including direct involvement from prominent figures like *****************************, Mindvalley CEO. The "inner circle" experience and access to actionable financial education were absent. Poor quality of Content and Instruction: The content was superficial, repetitive, and lacked practical depth and background information required to justify its high cost. The materials were inadequate without purchasing additional costly components (upselling was a constant experience during the whole program), which were not disclosed upfront. There was lack of background assessment, rendering the program insufficient for beginner levels, while it was marketed for all levels. Technical and Logistical Issues: The program was poorly organized, with chaotic scheduling, insufficient support, and technical problems that severely disrupted the learning experience. The following efforts to resolve issues have not been addressed to our satisfaction by Mindvalley:February 2024, several TWM participants, including myself, began contacting Mindvalley and the associated ******************* ************** to request monetary compensation for the program deficiencies. After a meeting in February, where I conveyed my total dissatisfaction about the Trading module, I could receive one third refunded (******** USD). The rest of the program continued with the same deficiencies. Other contacts have been made in group in March, June and July highlighting the lack of quality and with refund requests, which have remained unattended.Rest of the refund has not been honored by Mindvalley despite our lack of satisfaction

Goal: Id like to withdraw from the master programs real estate mastery & entrepreneurial mastery and stay with the trading mastery. Thus, I want to have a refund of two third of the amount I paid. If only a full refund is possible I will go for a full refund. Date of Transaction: Deposit: 11/17:23 and program 11/18/23. The amount of money you paid the business:Deposit: $ ****** and program $ *********. In total $ ********* What the business committed to provide you:Mindvalley (MV) committed to providing us a high-quality training in the fields of real estate, trading and entrepreneurial area withing an inner circle of 100 students. Along with this 1:1 coaching for all areas. I never attended any 1:1 coaching as I was not happy with the general training at all. What the nature of the dispute is:The gaps between the initial promises and the actual experience are significant,Poor Course Structure, Excessive Pace and Intensity. There where only live sessions with recordings and no other material privided. Inadequate Content and Practicality. Inconsistency in Coaches and *********************************** and Support. Technical and Delivery Issues. Whether or not the business has tried to resolve the problem:On January 24, 2024, I informed the company of my intention to withdraw from the training contract and receive a refund. MV argued that they only accept refund requests within 15 days of purchase. I purchased the program in November 2023, but the first training only started on January 24, 2024. From my point of view this is legally not correct, and MV should have accepted my refund request. Later, I and the co-students sent several feedback messages to MV via WhatsApp to improve several things. In July 9, most of the students sent a feedback document to MV. August 19, we received an answer thats not satisfying (see attachments). Involves advertising:Mindvalley organized a 3-day summit in ******. I attended online November 17 to 19, 2023.

In November 2023, I invested USD 15k + VAT in Mindvalleys Total Wealth Mastery program, advertised as an all-in-one solution for financial freedom, offering exclusive opportunities in Property, Trading, and Entrepreneurship over 12 months, along with direct access to CEO Vishen. Unfortunately, the reality was disappointing:**Key Issues:**- Seminar dates were frequently changed without notice, leading to confusion. Topics rotated weekly, allowing little time to absorb information, contrary to the expected 4-month focus on each area.-The program, marketed as comprehensive, provided only surface-level content without actionable insights. It wasn't tailored to the global audience, and recordings from the Financial Summit were removed from the platform, despite promises of lifetime access. The sessions were a data dump with 18+ hours of webinar-style Zoom calls each weekend, lacking bite-size materials, pre-learning resources, or time stamps.- After payment, there was a two-month communication blackout, with last-minute emails sent the night before seminars. The program officially started in mid-Jan 2024, the refund policy was 15 days so I had no option then to continue and I faced access issues to the app, delaying learning for five months.-The entrepreneurial section was marketed as suitable for everyone but was mainly beneficial for existing business owners. Despite the global audience, the content was largely relevant to the **/US. There were aggressive upsells to fill content gaps.-Despite being promised in-person events, seminars were conducted over lengthy Zoom calls. The promised 4 hours of coaching calls never materialized despite filling out forms and waiting ******** date, despite numerous attempts to seek a resolution, there has been no meaningful response from the company. The CEOs involved, fully aware of the feedback and collective report from over 100 participants, have deliberately ignored requests for an improved program or refunds.

I tried to contact MindValley several times to cancel the subscription before the annual renewal was billed. I am including screenshots of my communication with the company when I requested cancellation prior to the billing. The phone number they provided is disconnected and the email they provided to contact them is no longer in use. When I tried to cancel directly through my online account, it did not indicate that there was an active subscription to cancel on my profile. I am very disappointed in MindValley for not providing adequate customer service and making it nearly impossible to contact them. I want the full amount of $398.00 refunded because my attempts to cancel the subscription before it renewed were not processed successfully due to poor customer service. They should be ashamed of themselves for conducting their business in this way. I am extremely disappointed in this company that advertises themselves as being so enlightened yet uses unethical practices to complicate the cancellation of their annual subscription. Thank you for your assistance with resolving this problem.
