  I would leave a zero if I could. I signed up yesterday and cant access the website. I have sent a message requesting cancellation as I can already see they are not legitimate. They advised me to cancel online however I cant cancel if I cant access the website. Vey disappointing as I have heard good things about them several years ago. Now I have to go to my bank and most likely get a new card so they cant keep charging me.

  My review unfortunately is the same as most of the others. They commandeer your credit card info, refuse to let you cancel and then do an auto renewal even though they have no authority to do so. They say they send you a renewal notice, but there is no notice. If you try to cancel the same day you see a charge, they say it is too late. They say they cancel your subscription, but it may be best to cancel your card. I'm working with the credit card company to see if they will refuse the charge. This company is crazy fraudulent and offers nothing of value. If you log in and try to cancel your subscription, it will not allow any cancelation.

  Me along with 300+ people signed onto the Mindvalley Viome Nutrition Coach Certification at the end of 2023 and paid thousands of dollars for a partnership and clients that was sold to us by Vishen and ****** **** on their sales pitch video. We paid our monies, did the work and graduated but received no partnership or support. Eventually it took 3 months after graduating and a letter signed by 105 certified coaches to even get ***** to put a hidden link to their precision coaches on their website and no further support, clients or partnership. Then they even pulled our discount codes but still offered the discounts publicly to their clients, rendering us useless as their coaches. Almost 200 certified coaches approached the company and requested a full refund for the money we paid for this certification but were largely ignored or offered consolation prizes but no refund was forthcoming. They assured us a partnership but ghosted us instead and showed a lack of integrity for a company that prides itself on human consciousness and growth. Shame on Mindvalley and its CEO.

  It's been 3 years now since I paid MINDVALLEY separately and in full for the ************* LifeBook program, but your company denied me access to it because I refused to renew their exorbitant annual membership after a few years of paying because it adds no value to my life except during the 1st year. So, there's no point in renewing membership to watch or listen to the same information I already did for 1 year. I frankly requested a cancellation since 2021-my 2nd year of having the App on my phoneyet they kept charging my cards up until 2024! Between 2020 and 2024, it's been 5 consecutive years of charging my card with only 1 year of my consent and the rest 4 years without my consent. It's a rip-off and extortion in my opinion. If they had a whole new set of information from year 2 for those renewing, then it makes sense to keep renewing. I wrote an email requesting a refund of my money I paid to Mindvalley separately for ************* program, or that they grant me access to the program so I can complete the training because I paid $500 for it! They replied that I MUST renew their gifting membership in order to access the program I paid separately for. Unbelievable and shocking! Anyways, all my efforts to secure my rightful service I paid for were all to no avail. Till today26MAY2025I neither got my $500 back nor access to ************* program, which I paid for in full already. My next move is to file a major lawsuit against Mindvalley! PERIOD. All the years they charged my card after my cancellation request, plus the $500 they charged me for ************* LifeBook program, plus damages, pain and suffering, as well as court costs and interest, they caused me. FYI: I have proofs of payments and receipts from their unconsented charges. Just request, and I will provide you with them all. No spot for attachments here, else I would have attached them all for your reference and records.

  Mindvalley auto-renewed my annual subscription without proper warning $299 USD (which cost me $423.86 CAD). Although they send an email 15 days before the charge, its buried in a flood of marketing emails. I canceled on the same day I was charged, and they still refused to offer a refund.Theres no phone support, no way to speak to a real person, and the chat agents are completely unhelpful.This company promotes values like mindfulness and personal development, but their customer policies are manipulative and predatory. I expected more from a company that claims to care about human well-being.

  I made the blunder of investing my money in Mindvalley as one interested in personal growth. Even though they claim to provide quality online education, their programs are all the hype and very little value; it is all about snazzy marketing and no long-term value at all. Plus they boast of creating an app to socially network, and my networking with the founder, ****** ******** cost me $2240 which was borrowed on the pretext of being in deep financial trouble. As a subscriber at the time, I made the blunder of respecting the fraud and his company and was defrauded. To date that money has not been returned to me; because at Mindvalley events require members to network without boundaries, I raised my objections and was defrauded. Better free programming with lasting impact is available on *******. The entire company is a big con act and you DO NOT get value for your money from any of their learning products. Stay away from this fraud and their company. Free ******** prayer, and meditation videos bring more prosperity and abundance. Hope more people don't get scammed, conned.

  Im very disappointed !!!I have tried to contact Mindvalley and they do not any phone number or customer service number. I sent multiple emails and they all came back with the email address wrong. When I joined, I saw a commercial on ******* and it clearly stated that there was a 90 day trial period and a 90 day refund. It has been 62 days since I joined and fully paid $299 for a one year membership.I tried to cancel online and was unable to do so I tried to email the Company Mindvalley and there was no way to email them.I was forced to use WhatsApp with an AI robot and I was told that it was going to be escalated and someone would contact me in two business days. I am still waiting one week later for a response.I am very surprised that there is no customer service of any kind for ********************** and I am extremely disappointed. This is ridiculous and frustrating. I am now having to file a dispute with my credit card company, and I am hoping, that I will have apositive outcome and have my account credited.Jordana

  THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY Once you pay $299 for a years membership, and $197 for a quest the site and app make it highly difficult to find and use the information that you paid for.I tried chatting and was unable to take a screenshot of my apple statement online so they could not help me cancel auto renewal. I called the number on my statement and its disconnected. Surprise! They refer you to an online customer service company that wont help you unless you pay them $1 for each assist. I bet Visla or whatever his name is gets a cut of that too. Its all automated.I have been working on this for 4 hours having roadblock after ************ last chance is to have apple block the charge in April 2025.I feel cheated out of all my money. No wonder the owner left the states and went back to ********.

  This company tries to project a veneer of self-enlightenment, healing, and insight, yet it is malicious and predatory with its renewals and random charges. It touts a 15-day refund policy. When I saw the annual renewal fee charge on my phone, I immediately went to my account for a refund.Their response was dripping in fake sugar, with the baseline message that the 15-day refund policy does not apply to annual memberships, sorry, but Namaste.Extremely disappointed and grossed out by their business practices.

  I have been with Mindvalley for quite a few years nowat least sevenand have only had excellent experiences with them. Although the cost is up there, the quality of the programs is par none. Excellent teachers, easy platform navigation, and I have never had any issues. I have been a monthly subscriber at times and an annual one, and I still have NEVER found an issue. I can cancel when needed and always have access to what I need. Their programs have changed my life for the better.
