    I have been a Mindvalley member since August 2023 and have been pretty happy with the two courses I took - Lifebook and Hypnotherapy certification course. I then signed up for their Viome nutrition course and Total Wealth Mastery Courses...both of which were less than ideal and did not live up to the initial hype and sales pitch that is more consistent with their well established programs. Both theoretically had value but the delivery and teaching of such dense and complex material was sorely lacking. Poor execution and lack of support for the latter programs favoured those in the European time zone. The material was nonsensical as no background, foundational material or knowledge was required and/or taught to ensure those who take the courses had the basics mastered before diving into more complex and sophisticated techniques and strategies. It is like teaching a baby to do parkour before they could crawl and walk. Currently feel dissatisfied with the cost and quality of the last two courses. Truly disappointed. I believe MV has gotten too big and lost touch with their core customer base and what they stand for and who they help. How is one legit, when they can't back up their claims and offers with money back guarantees longer than 15 dys after starting the course? Lack of confidence in their own program perhaps? Do your due diligence and make sure it's the right fit for you. Ask your questions and don't be afraid to speak up. Every question and comment is valid. Learn from the best! We deserve as much!

    I'm alarmed that directly after paying for a year membership to Mindvalley I attempted to cancel as I was unable to access any courses nor get information that could explain the difficulty. I have asked for a refund but am getting the run around from AI generated chatbox that keeps telling me to do something that is impossible to do on either the website or the app. I am filing a complaint with BBB. I advise all who get taken in by the "inspiring" video by ****** ********, do not fall for it! I want a refund of the $299 plus tax immediately!

    I enrolled in their programme and soon realized that they are selling worthles programmes. I cancelled my membership promptly. they refuse to return the premium paid claiming that I did not have any email saying that the membership was cancelled. This is consumer fraud.

    I thought this was a great company with beneficial programs to help with various issues.I cannot get their app not their direct site to work on my phone. I like to meditate when using my phone because I can't always use my laptop.I have been reporting this problem on the WhatsApp and now through emails I get the same response every single time. The have escalated the issue I am having and that it's being worked on. For a company that relies on IT they don't seem to know or care how to fix anything. It's been a month now and all I get is the same stupid response, they're working on it.Please do not waste your money by signing up with this company. They take your money and run!!

    THERE IS A CHARGE ON MY CREDIT CARD THAT CAN NOT BE EXPLAINED. I HAVE CONTACTED THEM NUMEROUS TIMES WITH NO RESULTS. THEY ARE ALL DEAD END RESPONSE. "WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU" THAT HAS NOT HAPPED. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD AND WILL NOT HELP WITH UNEXPLAINED CREDIT CARD CHARGES AS IS SEEN MULTIPLE TIMES ON THE BBB

    If I could give negative stars, I would. They are nothing but a data mining organization. I took classes with *************************. Initially, I thought it was good, then it turned into a living nightmare that nearly killed me and destroyed my health. ********************* secretary quoted me $20,000 to work with him directly to fix what he did that nearly killed me. These people are horrible. Horrible! A Ponzi scheme and group of frauds.

    What is this insanity?! I ordered the yearly product at $299/year and got the confirmation email to the email address that I requested. However they said my account was tied to a email that I had in Apple Pay and needed to use that one to set up my account. I told them I didnt have access to that email, so I needed help changing it and they went ghost silent about a week ago. If this was true, why did I get the confirmation sent to the correct email?Just unbelievable. I hope my cc company will dispute this for me, but Im dubious. Im sure Ill get charged next year if i dont unlock my Apple Pay and discover cards from this madness!

    At the beginning of 2024 I ordered Mindvalley subscription for $199 with a 15 day trial period before charging my card. I cancelled the order on 1/12/2024 as I did not find it beneficial. Not only did they charge my card for $299 they are denying to refund my money. As everyone here states, it is impossible to reach anyone by phone and I have been going back and forth with my credit card company that I believe the company is being run by fraudulent business practices. My credit card company is trying once again to resolve this with them and they continue to lie about the cancellation. From the looks of it and all the complaints I am reading about this company, it should be investigated by the *** and shut down from scamming others.
