On January 27, 2025, Better Business Bureau investigated Mindvalley LLC's business practices. This investigation was prompted by complaints alleging consumers are having difficulty cancelling their subscriptions.

 

According to FTC rules, businesses that offer subscriptions must make ending the subscription as easy as signing up for the subscription. According to Oregon Secretary of State, businesses operating in Oregon need to be registered with the Secretary of State. Mindvalley LLC’s does not have an Oregon registration. On January 27, 2025, BBB contacted Mindvalley LLC requesting a response to these consumer allegations and information regarding their Oregon business registration. To date, the business has not responded.
