I would definitely not do business with this company again. I was told I would get my refund of **** for a canceled order back in November of 2022. It is now April, and no refund... they keep leading me along. They have merged with another company to build their trailers, but they will not facilitate help on anything that has happend before March 27 of 2023. This looks like a perfect case of taking money in, not having enough to finish well built trailers, and hoping more money will come in to keep it going. Very bad business practices.

(Giving a one-star review because zero stars was not an option)We had high hopes for the custom off-road trailer that we ordered from Overkill Campers. We went for a tour of their warehouse in early 2022 and decided to pull the trigger, as their operation seemed solid and we loved the trailers. We were excited to make the (large) investment so our family could get out into the ***** more often. However, after giving them over $40K for a trailer in May 2022, we have yet to receive our trailer or proof that it is in production. We have reached out to Overkill many times, requesting an update on when the trailer will be done only to be ignored for weeks at a time and, when finally receiving a response, we have been given excuses for not hearing from them as well as cryptic excuses for why they need to push out the delivery date for our trailer. This has happened 3 times. At the beginning of January 2023, we reached out again and heard back from the owner, stating that our trailer was anticipated to be completed near the end of February. It is now into March and we have yet to hear any kind of status update. Horrible communication. Horrible follow-through. Horrible accountability. It is sad because Overkill Trailers seem to be some of the best on the market -- when they actually deliver them. But the operations of this company are awful at best.Unless you have excess cash to spare and don't mind waiting for months (years) on end without needing any confirmation that you're going to get what you paid for, I would avoid this company.
