      Buyers Beware!! Pahlisch is no longer about quality and customer service. They have grown and relied on their reputation and now they no longer care about the home buyer, only the bottom line. We looked at several homes but settled on a Pahlisch home because of their reputation. We put in a bid for a home in Dec 22. Pahlisch countered but we decided to wait until after the holidays. When we reached out mid-January 23 we learned that home had sold but the model we liked best (Farmhouse) 2 lots down was available.We went by our home during mid-build and noticed several upgrades we paid for had not been done. So glad we caught them early so they could be fixed before finalization. We paid for an inspection before closing & there were 14 significant findings. It was money well spent. One week before closing during our walk through we noticed there was no landscaping in *************. One of the reasons we chose this particular development is because so many of the usual upgrades (including landscaping) were included and prices reflected that. Our realtor reached out to the Pahlisch agent asking about the landscaping only to learn they stopped including the landscaping at the end of 2022. However they never told us this was no longer included. Their response was oh sorry forgot to tell you but should have noticed it in the contract. True in hind sight we didnt think to look for MISSING details in the contract. Our realtor reached out to the highest level at Pahlisch. There was no accountability or ownership for not being transparent about their recent change in policy. Our realtor gave us money from her commission towards landscaping. We were told the Pahlisch broker would give us money from their commission but we received nothing.We have since learned other new owners are not happy with their Pahlisch experience. If we had not had our own agent who knows what else might have been missed. Bottom line-dont trust Pahlisch, get your own agent & get an inspection.

      We have lived in a Pahlisch home since 2008. We couldnt be any happier with our home. They have followed through on every item we asked for and then some. They gave us a stone trim on our home for nothing because they forgot to have us sign a paper. We are thinking about moving and have looked for Pahlisch homes in that area also. Our home is still beautiful.
