About 4 mos, ago I went to my (at the time) eye *** *** a vision eye exam for glasses. I had the exam by her and pick the best vision that gave me the greatest seeing ability. Apond leaving I asked for a application for the ********** to help me to pay for the glasses. 3 more times I had to have this same test done and all 3 were never the same vision as the first time was. Then I was approved for $250.00 for the glasses by the **********. Then I was called in to pick out the frames for glasses, did that then a week later I was called by for the final fitting that's when I said this is the wrong vision everything is blurry. So I was told the Doctor was out of town and I would need to finish up with this *************** keep telling him the vision is not the same as the first time with the Doctors. Well I never expected the glasses from *** , I said I wanted the vision lenses from the first time I come in for the glasses and if they could not give me the vision power from that visit them don't make me any. Will all to gather I don't have glasses for my poor seeing ability, can't apply for the ********** for 2 years, can't see another eye *** *** 2 years because my insurance has already payed for a eye exam. The delays I think we're to wait for the help money to come in and all the mistake that they told me were made which I asked what mistake that I never got a answer to. I then get a call from the *** to come in and try the glasses on that *** made. I said I have already tried on his glasses and I was not wanting to waste my time on what they clearly could not do for me except take up all that time and the wonderful help from the ********** $$$.

    Business Response

    *******,

I apologize that I hadn't replied sooner to your previous correspondence as I just now received it.

Patient in question was examined by my associate, ******************.  My understanding, upon review, is that there were a number of misunderstandings and miscommunications between the office and the patient.  ***************** had asked the patient to return to try to help provide a solution, but the patient did not want to return to the clinic.  It does not appear that we will be able to regain the trust of this patient and we understand that it may be in the patient's best interest to have another eye care provider help in the future.

It is always frustrating when there is a lack of communication and prompt response for all involved.  We pride ourselves on providing the best possible care and will take this patient experience as an opportunity to review and improve our efforts in the future.

    Sincerely,
    ****************

I am rejecting this response because: **** never provided any answers to my valid questions to stop all of the misunderstanding and miscommunications. Things just keep going on the same way with no answers. So I lost all confidence in them as a competent business to conduct my eye care needs.

    Sincerely,
