      Poor customer service. I have a warranty issue and no one has replied to my online request for service. We love our couches they made, however there is a problem not associated with the expensive warranty we purchased. The warranty company said it is covered by Stanton.

      We have now had three Stanton sofas and they have all held up wonderfully! Our first two held up so well that when we were ready to buy a sectional we know we only wanted to buy a Stanton! The comfort and durability have been excellent!

      I bought my Stanton sofa and chair about 2 years ago. They are very comfortable and have withstood the climbing, jumping and fort building of my active grandchildren. They are also easily cleaned from spills and crumbs. Also, they are my favorite color, purple. I highly recommend Stanton.

      I have owned two sofas and a chair made by Stanton Sofas and have been very impressed and satisfied with all of them. They are high quality and stand the test of time. They also have very responsive customer service. I highly recommend their products!

      Sent this to Stanton:I bought this sofa when ******* Furniture in ******* ** went out of business in January. Since then the cushion had to be better supported as it sunk and I got in contact with *********** and he sent someone out to help bolster the bottom. Around Halloween the right mechanized seat malfunctioned and the seat goes back and forth to bring up and down and makes a horrible noise and doesn't close all of the way. I spent close to $3000 on this, which is the most I've ever paid for furniture. I called Boku again around Halloween and he said he would order a new mechanism and that it would be 8 weeks. He is the authorized warranty guy in the Puget Sound area in **********. Today I emailed him my receipt and asked if the couch can be fixed or replaced or my money refunded. He just sent me and email response saying ****** you need to send this note to Stanton. I can't help you." I just tried calling his cell phone and he won't answer. This was my email to him: "It's been 8 weeks now since the mechanism on my couch has broken. I've had the cushion sink on the right side. I've only had this since the end of January. I want this fixed now or the whole unit replaced or a refund on my purchase. This is ridiculous for me to have to go through this after my purchase with tax amounting to $3000. I have never paid so much for a piece of furniture. I'm sending a copy of my receipt with all the info and my contact information. *****************"What??? That's outrageous!! He can't help me? That's his job and he hasn't contacted me since Halloween. We have a furniture store in ******** called *********** and I talked to a woman named ***** and she helped me get in touch with Boku. If for some reason she can work with you that would be fine. I would like this sofa replaced or my money refunded. I'm retired and on a fixed income and I splurged on this sofa.Please let me know the next steps as I have had to deal with a broken sofa for 2 months. Contact me ASAP.*****************

      For a value manufacturer, their warranty is fantastic. Had cushions on a sofa get ****** soft and they replace them within weeks for free.
