    While renting an apartment from Scott Investments I never missed a day of rent and was the only one who followed the community rules. Utilities are under the owners sons name. I have text and video evidence of requesting to pay utilities for months of my contracted period. Although I requested it I was always told I need to get the information from my roommate **** Scott. The property manager **** Scott his brother told me I need to get it from **** but he would not answer his door when I knocked or texted for a year and a half. The first thing I received was an eviction notice from his dad ****** Scott. This type of entrapment on the part of **** Scott with the help of **** and ****** Scott is accumulating to cost me $3,500 not including the portion of utilities I immediately paid when finally getting a price for the last year and half of utilities and where to send it. I hope that this situation can be addressed by someone who can help due to my situation of being a college student who is getting married. This financial hinderance can really destroy someones life. I hope that a correction can be made to make it right and so no other person is taken advantage of this company who entraps their residents. **** would consistently go in our rooms and has stolen the amount of $200 from me. The pictures below of trying to reach out to **** Scott is to the phone number verified by **** himself and other roommates that it is current and active.
