      I purchased a Bose Wave sound system from this company through ******** My order was placed on Dec. 4, 2023. When they took my money, they said the expected delivery date would be Dec 18. It hasn't showed up yet and it is now Jan 29. If I try to track through ***** the response is "Shipping prepared, waiting for delivery from seller" in one town in ******. If I track through ******** the status is shipped, delivery is delayed from *****, ******. I have tried to contact seller by clicking on the link from the order details with my complaint multiple times, and immediately get a response that the message was forwarded to the seller and I should get a response within 48 hours. I have not heard a word from the sellerw.

      On December 15, 2022 I purchased a Ninten switch. Along w the switch, I also paid an extra 45$ for the rush shipping so the package would get here before Christmas as it was a Christmas present. On Saturday, December 17, 2022, the ******* app advised me that the item was going to be delivered on Tuesday and that it needed a signature. So I specifically asked to work from home THAT DAY so I could make sure to sign off on the package. I waited and waited, nothing. The next day, I waited, again NOTHING. I didn't get ANY follow up from the company in regards as to WHY it was running late. So I had to write them an email twice and their response was they are sorry for the delay that they have really bad weather. I completely understand that. Bit the ISSUE is, why did it take for ME to reach out, obviously very upset, for them to update me. And they only provided me with that ONE update and nothing else. At this time, I have sent 8 other follow up emails with NO response from the company as they are COMPLETELY ignoring me and are stealing my money and committing fraud. What did I pay the rush shipping for IF ITS NOT EVEN HERE? As of this day, December 28, 2022 i still HAVE NOT received my package WITH NO UPDATES. A weather delay does NOT last 2 weeks. I am expecting the package since I still want/need it still but I want a refund of the rush fee that I paid for since this is obviously not being rushed AT ALL. If weather was going to be a issue, then why even be open for bussiness? If you know as a company there will be delays, then the appropriate and professional thing to do is to UPDATE THE COSTUMER. If I do not get some sort of update by January 2, 2023, I WILL be taking legal action.
