      I have been struggling with this company for years and I have had it. The latest wheelchair I have is 1 1/2 years old. I have been trying to get it to fit me for 1 1/2 years. It has taken that long for my professional to discover fundamental flaws that basically prove the frame is too big for me. I have hip and back issues ever since. Although theprofessional would come toadjust things for me, each time has gotten worse. I contacted the company and got a vice president of customer experience(or satisfaction?). That was after 6 attempts at contact. He was nice the first time. He would not respond to emails and was rude when I called him. My body is being torn apart by their negligence and they dont care. The was not a good experience and I am not satisfied. I guess, its time to dispute all parts and labor with my insurance and get a lawyer. I switched physical therapists and was told they dont have any luck with NuMotion. I have to try another company.

      I cannot believe the service and repair side of Nu Motion is still able to do business and get paid through insurance. I am a quadriplegic and rely on my power wheelchair for everything. My chair is 1 year old and stuff started breaking, Ive been waiting over 2 months for them to order parts the tech said would take 2 weeks. Repeated phone calls but no one has answers as to why this hasnt even been sent to my insurance for approval yet. Now at the beginning of July the right motor has gone out making my wheelchair completely unusable. *** called and talked to the repair coordinator, regional manager and others in the repair side. Still no answers on when my first parts order will be done, let alone the new motor. Everyone assures me they are looking into it and no one ever calls me back. Every time I call in I get some generic response and no action. Ive filed formal complaints in their complaint and escalation, tried reaching the ** of service and repairs and still nothing, not even a call back. My wheelchair is my mobility, without it I have no quality of life. I dont know what to do at this point. Some thing needs to change and they need to be held accountable for their negligence.

      I had an accident with my Numotion pride scooter in August 2022. It took some time to get the repair fixed & it will soon be 10 months waiting on the seat assembly. The Numotion app is totally useless. You have to jump through hoops to get into it. I prefer to speak to a real person. I dont understand why the BBB cant contact the *** of Numotion & find out why ** disabled people can not get the services we need in a timely matter? All we hear are excuses & no actions being done. How is my scooter warranteed if I cant even get them to fix it? Your help is greatly appreciated! This company is terrible. What would you do if you are in our position???
