alleging Gilliam County Title, Inc. in partnership with a real estate company
Broad Horizons Travel, Inc. are contacting consumers offering to purchase their
timeshares above marketplace value. Although the real estate agent claims
there will be no advanced fees, the escrow company then claims there are
required taxes owed to be paid to the escrow company in advance. Broad Horizons
Travel, Inc. operates as the real estate company and Gilliam County Title, Inc.
is brought into the agreement as the escrow and title company.

County Title, Inc’s corporation reinstatement filing with Oregon Secretary of
State. Gilliam County Title, Inc’s had administratively dissolved on April 6,
2017. The business was previously owned by Hollie Winslow and located in
Condon, Oregon. In April of 2017 the business reinstated the corporation
filing changing the principal officer to Mr. Lowell Hallock and location to
Clackamas, Oregon.
