On October 31st, I placed an order on the Little ******** app. I went to pick up the pizza at the time specified by the app. The pizzas weren't ready at that point, so I sat down with my son and waited. While waiting, multiple other people walked through the doors and made orders at the counter. One couple came in about 10 minutes after me and placed an order for 2 pizzas, almost identical to my order. They sat down and waited. Another 10 minutes went by and they were called up to get their order. At this point, I had placed the order on the app around 40 minutes ago. I stood up to ask about my pizza and the employee behind the counter raised his voice and said, "I'm about to get your pizza now! You were next in line. You need to calm down." He went on to say this was the busiest day of the year. Regardless of how busy it was, there is never any need to raise your voice at a customer. What made this particularly awful is that this was done in front of my son and a waiting room full of people. It was embarrassing. This was October 31st of last year. I have made several calls, sent emails, and reached out to their FB team. All I get is that they're going to talk with someone. Well, it's been 10 months and despite reaching out several times, I e heard nothing. Not even a phone call from the store manager or owner.
