    This business installed lights on our house just before Christmas. Agreement was to come back in January to remove them. $550 was paid up front. Lights still up and it's MARCH. Multiple emails sent, 1 reply a week ago that said he'd come that night. No shoe, and no explanation. More contact attempts made with no response. Either return 50% of money paid, or communicate and take lights down now!

    A representative from this company came to my dad's house on August 16, 2023 soliciting for the business to clean gutters and/or hang Christmas lights. My father was 92 years old and alone in the house at the time; he let the guy in and ended up giving him a check #**** for $275. When I asked my dad about the $275 check he could not remember writing it, I had to call the bank to find out they payee. My dad had dementia and was very OBVIOUSLY not in his right mind, and obviously very elderly and frail. I called the company at ************ on August 24 and left a message for them to call me. I called again August 26. No one ever called me back. I said in my voice mails that my dad didn't remember writing the check, that i would like the money back but at the very least to get details of when said work would be done and what it would consist of. I called again September 6 and left another detailed voice mail. No one returned my call. My father died on September 21, 2023 of dementia and natural causes (that's how OBVIOUSLY out of it he was on the date of the house call, he was within 6 weeks of dying from old age.) I called the company for the last time on September 21, 2023; I have yet to hear a word from them. They only have a ******** page that does not have a lot of information on it; I had to track them down through the ****** Secretary of State website. I have a record of all phone calls on my phone. i do not have a copy of the cancelled check but I can sure get one if I need to
