    July 14, 2023 I paid for a restoration service to a golf putter by Prime Golf Lab, LLC. I found the business on Instagram and paid $110 to *******************. There were emails exchanged with regards to the service details and the last email sent from ******************* was August 10th, 2023 saying that he was waiting for a part to come in to finish the service and that it should be another week until finished and mailed back to me. Since then I've sent 3 follow up emails to provide an update as well as multiple phone calls and voicemails to attempt to get in contact. Went absolutely radio silent.Additional to note: I exchanged messages with someone on Reddit this past week and understood that they'd also sent in their putter for the same service after me. They hadn't received any communication from the business at all for weeks, but just received it back in the mail with no service provided and a full refund.

    The business in question restores golf putters. I paid $100 for the restoration on 10/22/2023 and shipped my *************************** putter via ***** to the business. ***** shows that the putter was delivered on 10/25/2023. Since then, I have received no correspondence from the business, despite me sending two emails and leaving two voicemails during this period. The fair value of my putter is $200. Therefore, I would like restitution of at least $500 to cover my loss and time spent, or the completed putter restoration as originally purchased.

    After I filed a compliant with the BBB, the business returned my golf club (no restoration work had been done) and issued me a full refund. I don't know whether my BBB complaint influenced this action or if it was merely a coincidence.
