Great company. I have bought so many things from them. They normally have very well priced **** genuine parts. Also, the products they make for powerstroke are top notch. I will be spending lots of money here in the future.

I have bought from them previously but most recently I sent an inquiry on their website asking about about possible parts needed in additional to what I think I needed to replace a hpop on my 6.0L as I have never replaced 1 before. No email or call returnedRiffraff Diesel Performance Inc

Ive been buying from RiffRaff for years and never never had one thing not as described!!! *** sent email on Saturday night asking if **** could get me a wiring harness after I got the wrong one from the dealer. I got reply by 12:00 noon the next day ,on Sunday!!! The reply ( Sure send me the vin number). I received the correct one on that Thursday over ****** cheaper than local dealer!!! Ive ordered thousands of dollars worth of RiffRaff products for myself my 3 sons and friends and never ever had any problem with anything they say or do!!! This company does not stand by the products they sell. I ordered an ***************** Pump that was delivered incomplete ( No gasket ). The brochure states that it comes with a gasket, but it did not. The customer service ***** tells me they don't inspect shipments before sending them to the customer. I am then told to buy one from them. This gasket is a $60 item at the **** dealership. I contacted the manufacturer ( BOSCH ) with my complaint a week ago but no offer to remedy this.Riffraff Diesel Performance Inc

I am sorry you are having this issue. Unfortunately as we advised in response to your email, Bosch includes a gasket in each pump package, but it is sealed box from Bosch so we aren't able to inspect it prior to shipment. We are sorry that you didn't inspect inside the Bosch box for the mounting gasket and sent it back to Bosch with the core pump. Once sent back we are unable to intercept it and retrieve the mounting gasket as we advised you previously. We are happy to help when possible but aren't able to furnish a replacement gasket for the one that you left in your core return to Bosch. In late 2021 I purchased a very low mileage 03 F250 7.3 SDCC SB that was in great condition. The typical issues with a nearly 20 year old 7.3 for up pipes, leaking turbo pedestal, leaking water pump and hoses, and more issues due to leaving the vehicle unused were present.After much research and correspondence with different vendors for 7.3 parts, I chose RiffRaff Diesel for my products. My parts list was long and C L A Y and his Family were always quick to answer the phone or provide me a speedy callback. I cannot say enough about the patience RiffRaff staff showed to my numerous questions and requests for after-purchase guidance.I made several purchases from RiffRaff over a period of ~3 months while I compiled a list of parts needing replacement, and those items from **** that everybody knows needed to be upgraded due to know failure issues. RiffRaff provided me with hand-over-hand support (via telephone) and the distance from ********, ******* to their office was just a phone call away.RiffRaff diesel stood by me when I needed them the most and I will always trust them with my friends and fellow 7.3 owners.Thank you RiffRaff Family for supporting my project to get my F250 back to the standards it needed!Riffraff Diesel Performance Inc

I purchased a 7.3 a couple years ago, while needing parts I did some research and found Riffraff. They have had almost anything I could need for my truck. While convenience is fantastic, that is not the only thing Riffraff offers. They have an incredible team full of kind and knowledgeable people. I have called the sales team for help multiple times and they have been extremely helpful. The owner **** has even talked to me multiple times. Name a company where that happens anymore. They are insanely fast at getting parts out! They have been incredible to work with and I will continue to go to them for everything I possibly can. This is the second time I got defective parts. Not defective but counterfeit resealed in Motorcraft bags. I was told to send pictures and they would start and a n exchange for me. Sent the pictures email the second request totally ignored no response. Counterfeit Parts in Motorcraft bags. Now I have to purchase authentic Motorcraft parts from the nearest **** dealer. Which is what I should have done in the first place. Seems like Riff Raff Diesel Performance are not held accountable for doing thisRiffraff Diesel Performance Inc

Happy to help *****, but haven't received any reply communication from you, even when we followed up by phone and left a message. Unfortunately it is a complete lie that we sell anything but genuine Motorcraft and **** parts. We have never offered anything but genuine parts for 15 years we have been in business. If there is an issue we are happy to help, but you would actually have to contact us back or answer the phone.
