I think this medical center is the worst clinic that I have ever been to. The doctor lied about my condition. The office staff has no compassion. The office doesn't return phone calls. I wouldn't take a family member here.

This is for the group in general, not a specific clinic. The single star also is specifically *not* a rating of my child's doctor, who gets 5 stars. It is related to usurious billing practices. I took my daughter to the clinic for an annual well-child exam. *********, zero procedures, 5 vaccinations. ****? $1,107.00. My insurance - supposedly the "best" in the state as I work for the government - knocked 10% off and paid about $330, leaving me with an ugly surprise of $650 for a basic well child. This is absolutely outrageous and unethical billing. The doctor is NOT receiving $800 to $2400 an hour for her time (they billed us $400 for her time alone - plus $200++ each for 2 of the vaccinations). This money must be going to the greedy shareholders who have zero effs to give about customer satisfaction or care. This casts a really chilling effect on willingness to seek medical (e.g. no way I'm financially risking an appt, I'll just die prematurely instead, maybe) "care." I am so thoroughly disgusted. And doctors talk about what sleezes lawyers are....This clinic has one actual local competitor - and clearly this illustrates the evils of capitalism in the medical system, and also of monopolies. I'm not sorry, a well child and 5 vaccinations should NOT eat a family's entire food budget for a month. Completely outrageous and disgusting. Next time, we'll just head to ******. Cheaper, and a vacation to boot.Next stop is a pointless complaint to the Oregon Medical Board.
