    What a waste of money! Buyer beware. I was with IDX Broker for a few years. One of the things that I thought would happen with IDXB was that my website rankings would rise. Unfortunately, they way they have it set up, their company reaps the benefits when people are using your site and searching. Isn't that horrible for the ones spending the money?I moved to another provider about 8 months ago. The *** notified IDX Broker that I had a new provider and they continued to charge my account every month. Now that I have noticed it, I went back and asked IDX Broker for a refund. They said they would refund me for 2 months. Ok. No problem. Better than nothing, right?Then, guess what. IDX Broker decides to charge me for yet another month at $100 yesterday BUT instead of showing up as IDX Broker on my statement, they tried to pull a fast one and showed up as ELM STREET TECHNOLOGY LLC and it shows that my credit card information was entered 'manually'. When contacting ELM STREET / IDX BROKER they answered the phone as OUTBOUND ENGINE. This company clearly has identity and fraud issues. I would recommend the buyer to beware in all aspects!!!!

    I'm a 10+ year IDX Broker user/customer. They used to be an excellent product, but in the past year the software has developed bugs and their tech folks are either unable or unwilling to fix the problems. Tech support will just go to voicemail. They rarely reply to emails. When they do, they just say that they are working on the problem. I would recommend prospective users to try another program.

    This company is a joke and needs new leadership.Hands down, one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a service provider in my entire professional career. We've been trying to get this website live since May 2022 and it's now the end of September 2022. The website was completed in May and all we've been waiting on is for IDX Broker to meet the guidelines put in place by our MLS. They advertise that they support our MLS but they don't meet the guidelines. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. Two weeks ago, our MLS requested changes before we can display data on our website and I forwarded those changes to IDX Broker immediately. Since then, I have not heard a single response. I've emailed two separate teams and tried calling.
