i used this company 3 years ago for the continuing education updates to renew my HVAC Contractors license. I called this year and spoke to them on the phone on or about August the 16 2024, and spoke with someone who was very helpful. I am a return customer. They picked the class out, sent it to me in an email, which contained my password information from 3 years ago to log on and take the class. After taking the class the *********************** board, kicked it back because it was only good for 4 hours and not the 6 hour course I took 3 years ago. They need to get in touch with the ************************************** and find a way to fix this, or I will have to pay for another class and spend my time taking this course all over. They need to find a way to get me the other 2 hours of credit. If not, I will go somewhere else and take the course and I will need to be refunded for the course as well as my time that was wasted taking the class and test with this company

This company like a bunch of perverts went online and got my personal information from a licensing board, then used it to send junk mail postcards to my address that disclose my information to anyone having access to the card, plus cost me in mail storage fees.

I paid this company $54.00 for continuing education and then paid them $19.00 for expedited reporting. This was done on 3 March and the reporting was guaranteed to be done on 4 March. It is now 12 March and the reporting has NOT been done to the required ******** government entity. I have spoken directly to the ***************************************************************'s Real Estate Board and At Your Pace Online has made NO effort to report this completion. I have had numerous phone calls and emails with At Your Pace Online with ZERO accountability and desire to complete their contractual obligation to do so.

I purchased the online program with this company Sept 20, 2023 to take their online course to become an Insurance producer, and then receive a certificate to be able to take the state exam to become an insurance producer. After I finished the program I was given a Certificate of Completion that did not have the correct information on it. I was denied being able to take the test and lost the $45 I had paid to take the test. After multiple attempts to contact the company by phone they re-issued a Certificate of Completion but the testing company would not accept it a second time due to missing information on it. After contacting the company 5 times they have still not resolved my issue with a certificate that is valid. I cannot take the state test until I receive this certificate. I have spent hours on the phone with this company and no one seems to be able to help me, and I am at their mercy until I receive from them a legitimate Certificate so I can take the exam. I have also requested they refund me the test fees since it was their fault I could not take the test.I have just tried to take the test for a third time and now the testing company is saying it has the wrong School ID on it. I feel like my hands are tied at this point and at their mercy until they help me resolve this issue.

I paid an additional fee for guaranteed Next Business Day Reporting on Thursday 10/05/2023. The website states, "Your course completion will be reported to the state within the next business day or sooner." Today is Wednesday 10/11/2023 and my credits have still not been reported to the state. I emailed At Your Own Pace twice and have not received a response. Due to my credits not being reported in the timeframe stated (that I paid an additional $19.00 fee for, the course itself cost $57.80) my licensing has lapsed. I find this to be quite a deceitful business practice, offering expedited results for more money, but not following through. I want a refund for the service not provided, and I want my credits reported to the state of *************.

I purchased the 16hr contractors course for ****** and was told the book would be shipped to me within 3-5 business days. I placed my order on 9/8/2022. It currently is 9/26/2022. I have called and spoken with many people and no one has been able to give me any information about where my book is. What the tracking number is. I have been told someone will call me multiple times with no call returned after being told this. I would like a full refund of my money and the book sent to me with the ability to take the 16hr course. They have been extremely unprofessional in how they conduct business and their employees say that there is no one in charge during the day to day operations.

I recently opted to purchase a 75-hour real estate course, which is mandatory to become a real estate salesperson, in the *****************. The first option of course providers on the ** ******************* website is AYPO (At Your Own Pace). I slogged through the 75-hour course offered by AYPO on my "vacation" from work hoping to make a career pivot. Much of the info covered in the course is specific to the real estate market in *************. However, upon reaching the end of the course I learned that AYPO does not offer the final exam AYPO dictates that I pass in *************, where I live. The closest place for me to take AYPO's exam is ************, which is 3 hours away via train and taxi/uber. This is, as you might imagine, an expensive and time-consuming journey to take. I have reached out to AYPO in the hopes that they would find a test ******* for me in ***, but they tell me that the onus is on me to either go to ************ or to find my own ******* and have that site approved by the ****** I, in theory, purchased a service from AYPO that included being able to complete the course online, which is how the 75-hour course was marketed. But upon completing the 75 hours mandated, I learned that the course is not actually 100% online, and in fact entails me taking a proctored exam provided by the company. Had I known that I would have to pay even more money to travel 6 hours round trip in order to be able to take/pass AYPO's exam in order to be approved to take the state administered exam, I'd have certainly taken the 75-hour course with a competing company that permits me to take the course via an online ******* or a ******* in the city. AYPO has offered me my money back, but I have already slogged through their incredibly tedious 75-hour course, so I don't want my money back and/or to be forced to take a competitor's 75-hour course (which I already completed, including 31 difficult and time-consuming quizzes). I want to take the exam in ***.
