The business was to 'tag and inventory" the contents of my water damaged garage and take it to storage. it contained recently moved contents including antique furniture, tools and about 20 to 30 Sealed, marked boxes they were told repeatedly Not to open as there was no damage to them and the inventory We marked on the individual boxes. Feb 4th was the damage, removal that week (they were here a couple days). When after two months I asked for some of my tools, we discover 'they aren't here'. Picture of one included. Then I was told they 'went thru every box Twice" looking. They put a QR code on the boxes with NO inventory except for photos. The photos are often just one item over a box full of other things. Having asked for over two months now, it is clear there was no inventory done (which is what the bill is mostly for) At this point, no one has permission to root through our things again and I have had PODs delivered to my home for the storage. Service master refuses to return my belongings without being paid. We have no surety whatsoever that they will even return it all since theft of some things has already been established, I don't want them to get away with cheating anyone else in the future and am enlisting your help to get my belonging and pay a reasonable amount for the 2.5 months of storage and initial removal from damaged garage.

ServiceMaster agreed to deliver my belongings Tue of this week and did not.  ******** was verbally agreed to on /16 and witnessed by ******, a representative of Bulletproof Contracting, and by *********************** as well as me.  On 4/16, after months of asking for the inventory (included in their actual job description), it is clear an inventory was never done.  They printed off 220 pages of photos (8 pr page) which I was able to go through and ***** Many of the photos were taken in their warehouse and there is photo proof that that was done THIS past week, not in February.  The deception to call  this an inventory, when there is no list of items whatsoever, is an obvious scam.  Example: there are 12 individual pictures of a single ***** horseshoe!  Many of the pictures are repeats, the order is shuffled (as like-items are scattered through the pages.)  At two separate appointments (my things were not accessible without them having a days notice), items were moved around.  A steel cart "fell apart" and was disposed of (again, against their agreed statement of work since I did not agree). You are to believe the steel cart broke, but not the dozen Glass windows it contained. The cart retails through U-Line for approx. $300.  The missing scroll saw retails for $1600. from RBI. What security do I have paying them upfront for both work not done (inventory) and actually getting All my things back?

    H3631**393238313831H ID ********, ***** Farm claim # **-62T7-10C

Continuation as we discover more items missing from the second inventory:

From the attached first invoice, you can see that the cost per box is $28.69.

***please see attachments for image (added by H3631**393238313831H staff)

Service MasterbyLamroe effectively greatly Increased the number of boxes they would charge for  by Opening approximately 25 boxes of private personal belongings that were Not damaged in any way and had My inventory written on each box. They were told numerous times on sight that those boxes were not to be opened. They are Med size boxes which were larger than most of mine. They do not fill them (as attested by their inventory which in some cases only contained one item according to their photos.) We estimate that the volume of their boxes takes twice the space.

Many of those items can be seen (Opened IN THEIR WAREHOUSE) on pages:

    32-57, *****, 74-83,86, *****, ******, *******, 141, 170, 171, 180,

197-200, ******* in the second inventory of pictures (supplied only to their own **************** overseer as far as I know). I received those photos from that office ccd above.

Cost incurred to store safely at Residence: PODS that are here and were ready at first request

to return items: $678. So far.

Recent discovery of missing items include:

Replacement brake shoes and pads for (2006) ***** Ridgeline

    cost: $52.99

Steel gate latches (both latches and brakes new in packaging)

               ******************************************************************************************************

    Cost: $160.

This list is will possibly grow when we get access to our things.

On April 16 trip to H31323630**3039313935H byH313632303532**3031**H, we picked up two large flat boxes knowing they contained artwork of some kind.  One was a custom painted 52 year old wedding certificate, the other a limited edition Alaskan print, signed and numbered by *****. Both were boxed up by H313632303532**3031**H and sealed inside WET. What was obviously safe was then Damaged by the company!

    Cost incurred estimated at $400.

These costs, added to the previous list totals is $4035.99.

This is the amount being submitted to the ********** of ***** Farm at this time.

This amount deducted from the invoice above would be a fair compromise providing H31323630**3039313935H returns all my belongings this week of May 6, 2024 Safely and securely to my residence and loaded into existing PODS. A check for $6207.35 will be ready on their delivery.  ($10243.34-4035.99)
