      This is fairly simple. If this business won't pick up my garbage, I need the money back. I'll find a different way. 3 weeks in a row, garbage pickup issues. The childish games they play are not amusing. Now that I've complained, they came early this morning and missed half the neighborhood's cans. What the h*** is so difficult about driving around and getting others trash for them. They've made it into a circus. Just want the money back that we paid them or make a solid effort to care. I shouldn't have to ask for any of this. no childish payback from the drivers either

      Dear BBB, 

       

      My apologies that this took so long, unfortunately the email address you had on file is for an employee that hasn't worked here since 2020.  I was able to pull up the account in question and would like to start in saying this account is in the name of a ****** **** only.  I do not have a **** ******** authorized on the account at this time. 

      However, with this specific address we have had multiple phone calls regarding the trash not being serviced or picked up.  We have notations back as far as January of 2024 regarding when the cart was not out at the time of service, in which we explained to the account owner on those occasions that the cart was not out to service and gave ****** options as to when we could come back and service the cart.  ******** times we did not service the account due to nonpayment on the account.  The one phone call we received in regard to the trash falling out of the can was back on 09/11/2024 which I have attached a photo we took at that time of service.  Our driver did clean up the trash around the can, but as you can see, we did not pick up the trash that is more than 10 feet away from the can.  We work with customers all the time in regard to helping them secure their cans so that wildlife does not spread their trash around on their property.  Please feel free to contact me if you need further documentation.

      I am filing this complaint on behalf of *******************, Mother-In-Law as I have been working with her to handle her finances -- We canceled her service with company in May 2023, she is no longer living at the residence. We received notice via phone and monthly statements of a credit in the amount of $56.15.I've phoned monthly to determine status of refund. As of September, it was going to be mailed out; will not overnight to forwarding address on Sept 15th. As of Oct 11th, check has still not been received. We requested a stop payment and a new check to be reissued; this was to be done on Oct 20th. Again, will not overnight to forwarding address.We received a phone call that we have to wait another month/billing cycle for them to reissue the new check.This is absolutely unacceptable. ***** is an elderly woman living on a fixed income with medical expenses and every dollar is needed for her care. If this was money, she owed she would have been in collections by now.

      This complaint has been resolved. We've received the full refund in the mail today.  I wanted to be sure update the file immediately.
