    I owned three brick and mortar locations in *********, **. I did business with them for years. I condensed my shop into one on the same road with no changes for my business TAX ID, resellers info, anything. None of my other vendors had an issue as they shouldn'*. ******* wouldn't let me order without restarting the process which resulted in lost sales for a year. Finally, they were going to make me active but demanded a printed copy of my TAX ID which isn't not a legal requirement. Only the number. They have all my copies of REQUIRED licenses. Without trying to work with me, ***** said I was making threats (I guess knowing my legal rights is a threat). Super unprofessional. Never been mistreated or treated like a criminal because I condensed my three stores into one large brick and mortar location.
