    Out of the many wholesale distributors I engage with (Alliance, Southern Hobby, EE, Mindzai, Toyhouse, etc) Magazine-exchange has been my favorite to work with. The Sales Rep ********* has been an important part of my business' growth and expansion over the last couple years. They give my account the attention it deserves, and have never had issues with fixing any mistakes on my part or theirs. I have switched a majority of my orders to this company from the others because of their attention.Thanks **************** Owner *********************

    ******* from Magazine Exchange was less than amicable and refused to provide me an application as a reseller of Hobbies and Collectible, solely on the fact that I was not a brick and mortar business as of yet. I also explained I am applying to acquire wholesale products from Magazine Exchange. I explained I have a web domain and a sales platform, yet is yet to be published. I explained I was waiting to build stock prior to publishing and was refused an application. I am a minority business starting out in the hobby and collectible business. She refused to provide me with he direct supervisor.
