    To Whom It May ********* am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Grazing Goddess Charcuterie LLC regarding the catering services provided for my gender reveal party on May 11, 2024, at *************, ************************************************************ from 3 PM to 8 PM.On May 2, 2024, I paid a total of $1,160.00 to reserve their services, which included $960.00 for a charcuterie grazing table and a $200.00 refundable fee for table equipment, as detailed in the invoice. My expectation was that the catering company would handle all aspects of the event, including setup and cleanup, as there was no indication to the contrary provided by Grazing Goddess Charcuterie LLC.As the event concluded and guests began to depart, I noticed that neither *******, the owner, nor her team were present for the cleanup. When I called to address this, the person I spoke with was extremely unprofessional and unapologetic. They informed me, for the first time, that I was responsible for transporting the dishes and scheduling their return. This critical information was never communicated to me prior to the event, and had I been aware, I would have reconsidered engaging their services.Despite my efforts to resolve this issue directly with the owner, my messages have been ignored. Additionally, ******* has alleged that some dishes were broken, and therefore, I would not receive my $200.00 equipment deposit refund. However, I left the dishes for pickup in good condition. Security camera footage from the event shows only a brief inspection of the dishes before they were taken away, raising concerns about potential mishandling during transportation by the company after they left my possession.The lack of communication, professionalism, and the mishandling of the situation by ******* and her team have left me extremely dissatisfied. Given these circumstances, I am requesting a full refund of $1,160.00.I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a resolution.
