    Horrible, I dropped off cloths on Sunday and within 3 hours I received a text that my cloths were ready for pickup. They charged me $49.25 for same day service. I picked them up and noticed that they did not hang up my dress shirts but folded them. When I got my laundry home I gave my cloths the smell test in the armpit area. The cloths had not been washed just folded and bagged. I will never go to this laundromat again. I am contacting the owner today for a full refund.

    We reviewed the camera footage and observed that the attendant who took the order also washed, dried and folded the order per the instructions. As we discussed on the phone, we offered to re-do the order as it didn't meet your expectations.  You gladly took us up on our offer and you did not have any issues with the rework nor any of the other times you've come into our laundromat.  Thank you for understanding that sometimes things to go wrong and the onsite staff can assist you as needed.
