      I'm giving 5 stars for the customer service and the unexpected, absolute no ******, 1 day installation!! We wanted to replace 5 aluminum windows, DaBella provided us with amazing quality windows professionally installed in 3 hours. Thank you DaBella! I would buy again and I recommend to anyone who wants outstanding quality attached to a 50 year warranty!!

      DABELLA has employees that use fraudulent tactics to persuade you into ******* into a project with false pretenses. They persuaded ** into reroofing our home which is a very small home, and told us we had mold and water damage to our roof. We were shown pictures of water damage and severe black mold to which they were going to replace 6 sheets of plywood on the roof yet never did. I asked a roofer why they didn't use any plywood and he said there was no need as all the plywood was in good condition. At the time our home was reroofed, i was disabled and on pain medication therefore unable to get the attic to ***** the situation i was being told. Approximately 6 months later I was in the attic to reattach a vent and saw that all the sheets still looked new with NO MOLD AND NO WATER DAMAGE! WHERE DID THE PICTURES COME FROM THAT WE WERE SHOWN BY *****, the then General Manager. ******, who was being trained that day by *****, came back out and got in the attic to look as he remembers the pictures of the supposed mold and water damage.We have since called the new General Manager several times for him to come look at our roof, the attic and the new water problems from the new roof. HE IS NOT willing to return calls or to look into this matter. It seems their warranty is not worth the paper it is wrote on, the price is ridiculously expensive, and their honesty, integrity and customer service are completely absent and false!!!!!!Be ware you could reroof your house for every 2 years for what you pay for their supposed 50 year warranty. The warranty is garbage.This company should never be in business. They are fraudulent and scammers!!!!! BUYERS BE ****!!!! They are horribly dishonest in every aspect!!!!

      Two men were at my home from Da Bella to give me a bid for a bath remodel. They efused to give me identification and would only give me their first names which were, I learned later **** names, "****" for ****** and "***" for *****. I was told they would arrive with ID but they had no business cards, and no kind of ID, and nothing showing they worked for Da Bella.I am an 80 year old female living alone. They came into my home and they disclosed to me voluntarily. Be assured no assumption has been made on my part, they told me when pressed for identification that they crossed the "***** border" and were from "******". I have no delusions and am very competent. Suddenly the presence of them in my home constituted an emergency for me realizing they are felons, pure and simple, sent here to negotiate contracts with me, four and five figure binding contracts. I told them to leave my home and my property. I had to ask them twice as they ignored me the first time.Do you want felons in your home to look your items over? When I called the company I asked for them to send me documentation that these two people were legal and to confirm they were US residents. I was told it violated their privacy. Interestingly they advertise they use US products but hire persons who are illegal felons, deny me proper identification. Why does DaBella not have a photo ID clip on verification of authentic sales persons, with the company name and the full name as most employers provide? And what about my privacy and my safety.I really question the validity of a contract negotiated by a illegal salesperson who are not legally employed. Can they negotiate a contract that binds a buyer? I am disabled and did not need the additional stress and risk that they brought with them.

      After researching this claim further, and delving into the 70+ one-star reviews on Yelp alone, we can see that you are a phenomenal crafter of blistering comments. Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback, and including us in your growing list of reviews. We understand that you may have had a negative experience during the remodel appointment, but it is important to approach this review with fairness and objectivity. It is not appropriate to make assumptions about someone's immigration status without concrete evidence. Additionally, it is crucial for all to avoid making generalizations or stereotypes based on nationality, immigration status, or age. Respectfully, it is not unamerican to have a desire for a safe border. However conflating that desire, with unjustly attacking our representatives is unproductive and simply untrue. By maintaining a constructive and respectful approach, you increase the chances of having your concerns heard and addressed appropriately. Now, let's focus on the specific concerns raised in the review. It appears that the main issues were related to the lack of identification provided by the workers and their initial refusal to leave when asked. These are valid concerns, as customers have the right to know who is working in their homes and expect professional behavior from service providers. However, if your desire to maintain that safety means demanding that everyone you interact with provide their citizenship status on demand, then we may not be the company for you. Nevertheless, we appreciate you for taking the time to meet with our team and wish you luck regarding your install.

      DaBella replaced the roof on my house. The roof has never looked so good.. I did not realize how bad the roof was until I saw the pieces of plywood they had to replace that I did not even see was rotten. They came in and had the roof replaced within two days.

      Asked them to leave after 2 hours, we're rude during the interaction. Now, 3 months later, they still call twice daily after asking to be taken off their call list.

      Work was completed weeks before expected and looks great. The communication that it was going to be done earlier and the date of delivery of materials was not there. The delivery of materials came on a big truck and because I was unaware of it coming and the fact that it was weeks earlier than expected I had to stop what I was doing to go into my yard and make room for the material. DaBella employees were always friendly.
