These are the best windows you could buy! they are making a differents on our A.C. Unit this summer, very satisfied with this company! and product.I live in southern ****, and it gets 100 plus in the summer, you really can not feel the heat through the window.

When DaBella's representative asked us whether we would like to replace our mossy, decrepit old roof we were happy to talk about options. The DaBella sales team informed us of several price points and potential pros or cons of different types of roofing, making it easy for us to decide on new asphalt shingles, with the new ventilated peak. DaBella's roofing team quickly and cleanly stripped off our old shingles and had everything replaced in less than a week, as well as removing an old fiberglass ripple patio roof we wanted gone. We are very happy with the results.DaBella

There are no words to say. They clearly went above and beyond what I expected. I was not able to move furniture before my installers showed up. They moved everything , replaced my windows and then put everything back in the same spot. My house was cleaner than it was before they showed up. Outstanding work!DaBella

The people from DaBella are good! The roofers are men of great work ethics even in the extreme heat. They did not want to quit working. But went home when I told them they I would not give them Gatorade when it was that hot. I did send them home because again of the heat and humidity. I did enjoy the teasing we had during the job. Made it nicer for all and the job seem to go quicker because of it. It would be nice if all would work so well & get along.DaBella

We have a great roof and the workers that came were efficient, quick and cleaned everything up swiftly. The gutters look beautiful and the workers that put them up fixed a couple issues for us too. They only get a 3 star, because their communication is horrible. I was told we were going to get a call by the office the next week after the salesman sold us the roof. We never heard another word until my husband got a phone call saying the supplies were going to get dropped off. We had been told that the roof would be done after Thanksgiving and this was the beginning of November. Ok, the supplies came. Then after the roof got put on, the gutter people call and say they will be here by 9am. What? No one scheduled anything with us. I called my sales rep and chatted with him once, but then didn't hear back from him. When I called the number he gave me, there was no mention that it was a DaBella office. I think it was just an answering service. I felt that it was very sketchy that there was no name on the answering machine just please leave a message.DaBella

Love the windows but, wasn't told how to use the open window locks. Having trouble getting the information. The salesman who sold me the windows must not be there anymore and I now don't know who to contact with questions. Otherwise, I love the windows.DaBella
