Easy to work with. They were able to tailor the scope of my project, the windows came in sooner than they projected and he install was awesome! They finished all 10 windows in one day! I highly recommend them!

Our tired tub and surrounding slate wall which all came together in 1988.Our seated shower came together in one day. All the removed parts and plumbing went away and we were able to use our new shower the following day. We were pleased to be consulted on details like; where we'd like to see the shelves and grab bars and did we want the grab bars angled. We still have our cleaning instructions posted on the inside of our medicine cabinet door.DaBella

2 starsI have a very mixed experience with this company which probably happens a lot when working with construction companies but this one was a real doozy. I got my roof and windows done by Dabella and the roof was very fast and it looks great. No complaints there. By the time they got to my windows, the financing had expired because it took from August 2021 to January 2023 to complete. There were many extenuating circumstances that exacerbated the issue including most of the employees at the company that they hired to do the install quit in the middle of my job (1 guy did most of the install including a sliding glass door so they were way understaffed and overworked), they left an absolutely ridiculous mess that exposed the inside of my home and our lungs to lead paint and the finishing work was sloppy to non-existent. I covered all the furniture myself and also had to have all the furniture in every room away from the windows because they didn't know what order they were going to install them which is a feat in and of itself. I took care of a lot of the detail work myself because there was plenty of time between the months of no progress. The hand crank on the bay windows broke so many times I don't believe it to be a "bad batch" issue but just poorly crafted. So many issues (shipping mishaps, damaged windows, screen warping, and more!) not enough characters...Ultimately, they did compensate me for the sh** show by reimbursing us for the months of payments that we made before the job was completed b/c I had to lock in the interest rate on the loan before it skyrocketed earlier this year. I liked the sales team but that's all they do, sell you on a product. It's a great product other than the crappy handles, just make sure you keep an eye on the whoever they hire to come out to your home and speak up if something isn't up to snuff. You definitely have to be your own advocate which is annoying when you pay so much money but it is crucial. Write down everything!Review fromEric V

1 starWhere to begin Having our house re-sided with DaBella was a nightmare of an experience. It is hands-down, the worst customer experience that I have ever had. Our original dabella representative essentially refused to leave our house without us signing an agreement. And the communication between DaBella and the subcontractor who actually did the work was terrible, and major components of our siding project were omitted/botched. Rather than take responsibility for the error and fix the issue, DaBella tried to take a negligible amount of money off of our total, and then wanted us to sign a non-disclosure agreement that we wouldnt talk bad about the service we received. We also had a bay window replaced at the same time. Within a few months, we had two major leaks inside the house. It took over seven months, and countless phone calls between dabella and the window manufacturer to finally get the window replaced.There is much more, but I dont really want to relive the experience! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! (I would give 5 negative stars if that were allowed)Review fromTerry R M

5 starsThe team did a fantastic job tearing off our old roof and covering the old skylights then installing the new roof all in about 6 hours . I even recommend them to my sister and brother in law and they got their new roof installed . We are totally satisfied with their workReview fromSarah B

1 starWe paid for a premium install by *************** teams. They were clearly not. There was no project manager - the crew just showed up and started working at our job site with ZERO warning, and no on site supervisor either. There are a number of **** ends which are installed incorrectly (1mm+ gaps), per *********************** installation guide. We complained, pointed out the issue, and got a well, we could come caulk them and it should be fine with flashing Unless you are able to monitor EVERY single second of the install, I do not recommend. And since the price from ******* is so high for their high *************** crews, they are clearly ripping you off. Go elsewhere.Review fromJ. C

2 starsWindows are fine, but nothing special. Definitely not worth the price. I would not work with them a 2nd time.
