1 starI sent RFQs for a small shower upgrade / tile job to 6 companies. I did not request a quote from DaBella. Somehow they got my information. i received a call yesterday from someone in a distant town and a ferry ride away who said he would come by our house to look at the project and give us a quote. I asked for the company name over the phone, and didn't recognize it as one of the companies from whom i requested a quote. When the *************** up, I called the number from the guy I had just spoken with, and it came back as "disconnected / no longer in service". I assumed it was a scam and let BBB know. This morning, I received a call from somebody claiming to be from DaBella. He said he was going to stop by this morning per our scheduled appointment. I told him I did not request a quote from Dabella. He asked, "Well, don't you need some bathroom work done?" If this is indeed DaBella, the way they do business is a problem - accessing my contact information and inserting themselves into my bidding process. If this is not DaBella, someone is using that company name to visit homes for reasons other than construction bidding.Review fromMelissa O

It was an great experience from start to finish. The reps who came in were professional and courteous. I never once felt pressured and they worked with my budget. The windows came in earlier than expected and the installer was amazing! My kids were curious and asked a ton of questions and he answered every one of them and never seemed annoyed or upset over them.The windows are amazing! They're made here in the US and are of the best quality I have seen, and they come with the best warranty around. We will need to replace the rest of our windows and our back door in the future and will be using DaBella again when the time comes to do those projects. Thank you DaBella for such a wonderful experience!

5 starsI was in need of new siding due to missing half from a wind storm. A salesperson just happened to knock on my door. 3 weeks later the job had started. I was amazed that it only took 2 1/2 days to complete the entire house. My house looks amazing. My neighbors were impressed and asked for company name and number so they can do theirs. 1 starI paid Da Bella a huge amount of money for a new roof on my cabin in ****** last summer. This winter, the roof was leaking into the house, DaBella sent a crew up and used ****** hammers to break the ice jam, then shoveled the snow off of the roof. When the snow was gone this spring, the damage to my roof became obvious with broken shingles on the roof and many pieces of singles on the ground next to the house. I contacted DaBella **************** on May 12, 2023 and explained the issue. Over the past 60 days, I have sent multiple emails and been promised that I would be contacted to arrange a date/time to fix the roof.As of this date, I have heard nothing from the local DaBella office. I will continue to reach out to them, but at this time I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.Review fromJarod R

One star because it wouldnt let me leave zero.Based on my interaction with the door to door salesperson ******* You dont need my last name, I will never do business with DaBella. I received an unrequested knock on the door. The greeting was followed by politely listening to the sales pitch and what is wrong with my roof for several minutes. ******* stated he would have someone stop by for an estimate. I politely declined, informed him I am a ****************** Residential Roof Inspector, well aware of my roof condition and an insurance adjuster with contacts for a new roof. Once again politely listened to more sales pitch and again a statement that ******* will have an estimate prepared for me. I again declined.******* continued to pitch the company, and firmly stated for the third I am not interested in an estimate. I figured he was trained to get 3 refusals and end the conversation. He began to question why I didnt want an estimate and if it is because Im not getting a roof right away. I advised him that I was finished with the conversation and he needed to leave. As he walked down my walkway he stated DaBella would follow up in 6 months.At this point I informed **************** will not be doing business with DaBella because of this interaction. Requested a business card to report him. Stated no cards on him. Requested his full name. Refused. Requested supervisor information. Refused. Told him to get off of my property. As he walked down the driveway he continued to look menacingly at me. When at the street told me to buy a no soliciting sign.I advised him to leave and not come back to my property, to which he responded Oh, well be seeing you later. I would like an apology from DaBella for this unprofessional and threatening behavior that took place in front of my 3 year old son.DaBella

It was a pleasure to work with DaBella on our roof replacement. We experienced no hiccups, they did what they said they would do, no cost over-runs, and the work crew was fantastic. Not a single nail left on the ground, everything cleaned up and they were fast with their execution - well oiled machine. This company has it down! Thanks DaBella. Shady sales pitch. Ignored a lot of our concerns. Staged phone call with his boss. Really insisted on ** mentioning what we liked about them before we even knew anything about them. Guilt tripped us a bit. The ad for this company was a complete lie because it promised that you could get a ***** to pay for the windows if you met 3 requirements. What they didnt say was that there was a fourth: income of $30,000 or less per year. And of course, the moment we filled out our address and phone number, got a call a few minutes later and another few minutes later he was there to take measurements. Pretty eager.Well, need I say more? Yes, our windows are old and yes we should replace them sometime. But we know that competition offered it to us for $20,000 about 4 years ago. Prices have gone up a bit so maybe now its 30k now but he tried to convince us the average for our number of windows was ****** dollars. So he offered us the job for $109,000 then some discounts and still around 100k. And financing would be another 9-12% interest. Thats so high! Of course, he eventually made us a last offer of lower quality windows for $59,000.Listen, do you ever compare grocery products that cost $5-10? Yeah? Then why the heck would you NOT compare different quotes when it involves these large sums of money? Do your research, its not a good price. The harder they try to sell it, the more likely its a ripoff. I have a nose for smell bs. There were so many little half-truths in the 2.5 hour presentation, little lies, shady scripted lines, etc. Im not here to judge the sales rep personally because he probably knows that its hard time to sell such an expensive product if youre 100% ethical and that some sales techniques are in that grey area. But man makes me lose faith in humanity how many dishonest companies are out there.DaBella
