      DaBella representative ******************************* came to our house and gave a very informative presentation on windows and siding. She was here for several hours measuring and telling us about their products. She did a fantastic job.

      Company is full of dishonest people who just want to make sales. Dont care for customers to return calls.person handling bathroom remodeling in **** arrived for initial consultation, left without looking around, second person came not aware of 1st person visit. talked about how great dabella was, spoke about time line of 6-8wks for job. Been 3months no update, called but not returning calls on time or even calling back. customer service says have to wait because its per company's discursions for job timeline( even though was suppose to be 6-8wks), might take years. cant do refund because i signed contract even if they are at fault.

      A company that preys on the elderly! Showed up at my 76 year old mothers house at 7 at night without an appointment. My mom has dementia and lives in a **** mobile home. By 8 pm they had her sign a contract for $30000 and give a deposit of $650 on a credit card. Thanks to the cameras in her home I was able to see what was happening and cancel her credit card and force them to cancel the contract!

      Thank you for your comment, ********. It is company policy to always confirm an appointment over the phone before making the trip, and we also ensure that every pertinent family member is in attendance before any inspection. We can assure you that we aren't a company that "preys on the elderly". That wouldn't be very good business practice, and abiding by a policy like that would only cause harm to us and to the homeowner. The A+ rating we have tends to disprove that claim.

      You did not confirm the appointment. You tried at 3:30 and when she didnt answer the door went back at 7:30! I have the whole thing recorded on my blink cameras. I also have the voicemail from your sales associate if you dont believe me. Who sells $30,000 in windows to an elderly woman with dementia when her home is a **** trailer!!!! I am willing to share my story to protect the elderly that you aggressively prey on!

      *************************** came to my kitchen table and spent two hours talking about how Dabella was the best option for replacing my windows. ****** dollars and three months later, my windows arrived and didn't even fit. I wish I could say that this was the worst part of my experience. ******* went around my house taking pictures of the wear and tear around my window frames and talked about how the installers would come in and fix all of the rot. The installers showed up to simply swap out windows and do nothing else. As the installers scrambled to figure out what to do, their direct quote was, "You must have used Dabella." When I called ******* back he wasn't interested in hearing any frustration. His quote as he hung up on me was, "F*** you! Good luck with your contract!" Do not trust this company.

      ***** was very knowledgeable about his Company and Roofing. We found an incredible deal on replacing our roof its just a matter of time before our situation allows us to pull the Trigger. When the rep showed up, he appeared young, but immediately seemed very knowledgeable and polite. We had a great afternoon taking about how the technology has changed over the years. I recommend this company for your roofing replacements! -*********************

      ******* came and inspected *******, measured, and spent an hour educating me on what a complete roof replacement consisted of. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and easy to talk with.In the end, we are still deciding when the project will take place and which company we will utilize. Overall though, Dabella is in the runnng.Thanks ******* for representing your company well!****

      We had an appointment for them to come look at our bathroom and I specifically told them that I wanted a walk-in bathtub. First and foremost they were an hour late to my appointment and that was after the company called and said that they were 15 minutes out. So I canceled the appointment. My husband decided he wanted to give them a look so he called and scheduled another appointment. The gentleman who came in was extremely nice but he told us there was no way that they could put a walk-in tub in that small space. We needed it for safety as I am often in a wheelchair or on a knee scooter and in unable to stand comfortably in a shower. I was told before they even came out that they would be able to work with ******************* but when I told the salesman that he had to run out and call his Superior to find out. His Superior said that they only work with insurances once we sign the contract and with the insurance doesn't pay or if they don't pay we are responsible because we signed the contract. We did not agree with this. We did agree to get a written estimate so we could perhaps turn it into our insurance but unfortunately the salesman did not leave one. A couple of days later I got a phone call asking why we hadn't finished the appointment and we told him about the insurance issue. He then said he could send somebody out with a written estimate and drop it off. He transferred me over to another agent who told me that they would need another 45 to 60 Minutes to do it all over again. They also asked that the man of the house "money maker" be home. My husband works until late evening and so I said that was not possible. The guy kept pushing and pushing and I finally hung up on them. Another agent from the same company called today and I have had enough so I ended up blocking their number. I hate hard sales especially after I've said no. This company might work for other people but not for us especially since I was clear about insurance when I first called
