    Emailed them a complaint via their website (just a few days after Xmas 2021) yet my message was never returned and the issue never redressed. We've enjoyed their Turkey Holiday Feast for years and even their ham (during the holidays). We buy their deli slices weekly as we're a vegan family. Last Xmas season one of their Holiday Feast meals was dry and tasted "off". I was forced to rush out and get another box. It was very frustrating and their unresponsiveness to the issue added to our disappointment

    We can offer you a replacement roast or free roast coupon for the troubles, just let us know which of these you would prefer.
