    ***** is a fast worker. Somewhat unorganized. Shows up late everytime I have an appointment, if at all. Today's appointment was at 10AM. It's now 12:30 and still hasn't arrived. Called the office 4 times to find out where he is. No response. Paid to have my dishwasher installed and he installed and hooked it up to the cold water line. He was supposed to come fix his mistake today, but still a no call, no show. This is unprofessional behaviour. This is not a company I would recommend. I'd advise you (to those reading this) to look elsewhere for plumbing solutions.

    We are sorry that we didnt show up. We had some unfortunate problems happen that day. I did try and contact you in the morning but no answer and said voicemail was full.  I did talk to you after that and told you I could come out but you didnt respond.

    The owner ***** worked for a previous company in which he installed a water heater for me. Apparently he was not working for the company I called and completely misrepresented himself. The work was poor, incomplete and in less than 2 years the water heater is dead. He refuses to come and fix it. I will be following up with an official complaint but wanted to warn possible patrons in the future.
