I contracted this business to provide plumbing services for my custom home. - Problems started immediately with contractor forgetting to install under slab piping, even after it was identified before concrete pour. - Pacific was contacted in November to provide services early January, they did not show until mid February, caused significant delays to other contractors.- Apparently they forgot to bid for gas line work from meter to hot water heater. Gas fitting fell into wall once temp pipe stub was removed. Contractor cut into custom cabinets to fish out fitting WITHOUT asking and did not repair.- Wires for under slab heating systems were not sufficiently or correctly ran to manifold/hot water heater. Outside electrician had to be hired to remedy failure. Contractor started cutting holes into finished wall WITHOUT home owner approval (claim is I denied a phone call, no voicemail was left, I cant answer every call due to service or my own work schedule , insufficient excuse). This whole experience has extremely difficult and disheartening. These issues originally stemmed from the Nephew who they fired, he set the underslab piping and the wiring. **** was forced to take back over operations this spring, he has no idea what happened in that house and instead of admitting that, he has chosen to be hard headed and not meet desired remedies. **** had to have 3 meeting after his nephew was fired, due to items above. This is the final straw because he claims the phone call that wasnt answered is reason enough not to complete his work. The under floor heating system was supposed to be 5 zones, 3 in the house and 2 for the shop area. I agreed to leaving the 2 zones for the shop tied together because of material issues by the contractor. They broke the wire in the wall and now its my fault, they started cutting holes without my approval. They requested for my contractor to run a new wire, that cost time and money, Im tired of having to pay for their mistakes.
