    I took in a number of things to scrap there and they weighed out everything I had and considered it as scrap tin when I had brought them actually aluminum rims, two motorcycles, car batteries and a bunch of other things that were marked higher on their list of prices that they keep in there lobby. I got 24$ for well over $150 worth of scrap metal and also my gf and i on Christmas Eve brought them a catalytic converter with the title and her license and they refuse to pay her because they had let her borrow a ratchet wrench the last time we was there cuz we are very regular customers and because they assumed that she had there wrench they refused to pay us and absolutely ruined Christmas for my gfs kids. So we sold them a vehicle of ours that they came and got a couple days later because we had set it up the same day that we went in to sell the catalytic converter and they come take the vehicle and then we called them because they didn't pay her and they hang up on her and then have attitudes with her so we have to call the other branch in ***************** and talk to them and they said well come on and we'll pay you if you can make it here in 10 minutes Knowing dang good and well it's a ***************************************************** Grand and they took it upon themselves to have it towed to ***** without saying anything to me about it and so fact is they're just really unprofessional, ripping peoples heads off left and right, burning folks all over the place, I hear it all the time and they are just snobby to everybody.
